We kregen een upgrade naar zusterhotel Messeyne in dezelfde straat
Mooie, moderne kamer maar een glazen/doorkijk deur voor de badkamer vind ik niet passend.
De locatie dicht bij het centrum
Het ontbijt was zeer karig. Toen wij om 9 uur gingen ontbijten was het brood al op en kon niet meer worden aangevuld. Er waren slechts een paar minibroodjes.
De dame aan de receptie kon ons niets over Kortrijk vertellen en had geen antwoord op een aantal andere vragen.
Het leek wel of het hotel door één persoon werd gerund!
5 day stay for a festival, the hotel was clean, breakfast was decent and the staff were lovely. Room was very nice size and the bathroom was particularly lovely.
Although it said reception was open until 10pm there was no one there most of the time, this caused difficulty with getting items like cutlery and checking out. I believe you could ring the bell outside to ask someone to come but this was not made clear

Todo super bien, las habitación muy muy cómoda, silenciosa, el desayuno tenía de todo
Cerca al centro histórico y a la estación de tren
Aunque ponía que el desayuno eran 15€ por persona, al cambiarnos de hotel nos cobraron 20
Aún así lo pagamos con gusto. Desayunamos muy bien y todos muy atentos

La porte de la salle de bains est transparente donc la lumière passe à travers, et lorsqu'elle est fermée, il y avait un petit écart tout autour de la porte, ce qui fait que ce n'était pas du tout intime ni insonorisé.
L'hôtel est à 2 pas du centre historique. la propreté de la chambre, lit confortable, salle de bain avec savon nuxe 'rêve de miel'!! Gentillesse du personnel. Le petit déjeuner était très agréable (petite salle cosy).
Le parking. Il est conseillé de se parquer dans un parking sous-terrain (à quelques mètres de l'hotel) mais on ne sait pas payer le code pin de sa carte de banque. Uniquement sans contact. J'ai du faire marche arrière. Très dangereux.
