We liked the pool area.
The breakfast was not good at all. Really sad.
The pillows were not soft, really lumpy.
The pool area isn't bad. It could have been cleaner. Lots of sand/dirt on the pool ground.

The staff, the pool, beds comfy and breakfast yummy
So many issues with our stay there I don’t even know where to begin. Check in was difficult, breakfast was terrible, staff had no customer service skills. Staff has gotten my name wrong and someone was looking for someone with a similar name and she told them it was me, which resulted in getting woken up in the middle of the night by police. Forgot something in the hotel and of course when I called they couldn’t find it. I’ve never had such a terrible stay in a hotel.

It was clean and the room was big. The kids enjoyed the pool and the waterslide.
On weekdays, the breakfast closes at 8:30 am. It's not really a vacation if I have to get up that early for breakfast.

Hello. Our stay was for the convenience of being close to a show. Rooms were normal hotel rooms. But very loud. We could hear the people in the next room. Kids, people on a phone. Staff were friendly. We would stay again.
The beds were comfortable, friendly staff, clean.
Main reason for choose this hotel was the pool and water slide for the kids.
Breakfast was just ok.
Pool wasn’t working. Roof in bathroom had water damage and was peeling. It was noisy as well during sleep hours.
