Pros:

I had to urgently book a two-night stay due to a family emergency—my father was hospitalized nearby, and I needed to be close. The hotel provided such a comfortable and generous experience during a difficult time. The location was perfect: the airport limousine stop, Daiso, restaurants, and coffee shops were all within a 10-minute walk. Bathtub in the middle of the room was a big consolation.

２泊で利用しましたが受付の女性は日本語が出来ますし持参したコンセントが合わなかったためお借りしました。親身にして頂きました。清掃の方も感じの良い方で清掃不要でタオル交換のみお願いしたのですが綺麗に掃除されていました。部屋も綺麗で駅からもわかりやすくまた利用したいと思うホテルでした。

I stayed at this hotel for an extended period during my visit to Korea, and I was very satisfied. The price was reasonable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained.

The location was also great — there were plenty of restaurants and things to enjoy nearby, and public transportation was very convenient. I especially appreciated that the airport bus stop was close to the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

우선 가장 큰 장점은 가성비입니다. 이 가격에 이정도의 시설, 그리고 서비스를 가진 호텔은 흔치 않다고 생각합니다.
1. 교통은 부족함이 없습니다. 전철역이 도보로 5분 이내, 그리고 버스정류장은 도보로 3분입니다.
2. 주변은 솔직히 유흥가입니다. 그런데 창문을 닫으면 소음이 들어오지 않아서 오히려 많은 식당은 이용하면서도 조용히 지낼 수 있습니다.
3. 프론트 직원분들과 룸 청소해주시는 분들은 정말 친절하시고 프로페셔널하게 일처리를 해주셨습니다. 감사하다는 말씀 전해드리고 싶습니다.
4. 룸 컨디션은 기대 이상이었고 침대도 편했습니다.
5. 딱 한가지 단점이라면 냉장고가 너무 작아서 쇼핑한 물건과 음료수를 함께 넣기가 좀 어려웠던 점입니다.

다시 한번 호텔의 직원 분들께 감사의 인사 전합니다.

Nice comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and organized. It was provided with a cattle, chamomile tea bags, Korean mix coffee, and hazelnut coffee too. Light switches were oddly placed on one panel next to the bed and I had a hard time finding light switch for bathroom which was hidden behind the door (french door).

ホテル周辺は飲屋街で、深夜遅くまで客足が絶えなく、賑やか（土日）フロントは日本語が通じませんでしたが、室内は清潔でした。
個人的には、ドライヤーの風力が強くて嬉しかったです。あとセブンイレブンか目の前！

ホテルはスタッフの方も優しく、こちらのお願いにもよく対応してくださいました。部屋も綺麗でした。周辺に気楽に入れそうなレストラン（外国語も多少通じるなど）があまり無かったのが少し残念でした。韓国語初心者には少しハードルが高かったです。でも一件くらいは見つけられたので、ホテルと合わせて満足な結果でした。

鉄山駅からも近く、コンビニもいくつかあります。飲食店も多いので、遅い時間でも人通りがあるので安心です。
仁川空港までのリムジンバス乗り場も近いのでとても便利でした。
スタッフの方に聞いたところ、リムジンバス乗り場までの地図（運行時間付き）も頂けました。

Top Hotel etwas außerhalb von Seoul City. Metro Station nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt mit sehr guter Anbindung. Großes Zimmer, sauber und gute Umgebung zum ausgehen und einkaufen.

가족여행으로는 별로였어요. 유흥가 근처여서 분위기가 별로였고 매트리스가 너무 푹신해서 꺼지니까 허리가 아팠습니다. 밖에 술집들 소리 밤늦게까지 들리다가 나중에 조용해졌어요.

Nice facility and staff, decent hygiene but there were some shortcomings (e.g. hair inside a washed and packaged bathrobe, missed surface during cleaning, dirty shower curtain). The location is quite noisy.

The noise, lack of any special facilities(pool, spa etc), and the level of hygiene could have been overlooked only if the price was lower.
