적당한 숙소!
Pros:

객실 면적은 넓은 편이고 청결한 축에 속하나 샤워기가 제대로 고정되지 않아서 샤워 중 저절로 떨어지거나 샤워칸 문이 덜컥 거리는 등 시설관리가 미비하였고 냉장고 온도를 제일 낮게 맞춰진 줄 모르고 보관한 과일 등 시원하지 않아서 불편하였음.

THE WORST SALES, BOOKING POLICY
Pros:

What's a terrible sales, booking service! There is NO elevator in the hotel and I did explain my family member cannot walk to high-story room. They just kept saying there is no commitment, even I pay 50% in advance. That's is the pilicy of all Raon hotels in Vietnam, as their confirmation. Too bad

Pros:

협재 해변과 차로 10분거리, 외딴곳에 있어 밤에 운전하고 들어오기 무섭다. 주변에 식당이 없고 요리해 먹을 주방이 없으므로 그 부분이 불편했다. 하지만 멋진 숙소, 최고의 뷰, 넓은 방, 저렴한 가격으로 또 방문의향 있습니다. 아시다시피 제주는 아무리 먼 곳을 가도 1시간 운전 하면 갈 수 있기 때문에 외딴곳 숙소여도 문제 없음.

Don't Trust the Pictures!
Pros:

To be honest, the room was just so-so. The bed was super uncomfortable and I ended up getting up early instead of sleepung in because of it. The shower water kept on leaking into the bathroom floor and the floor itself was already slippery. We paid for the deluxe room and specified that it was for 2 people, but they only prepared for one and we ended up having to go down the lobby to request needed items. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself needs maintenance.

Unreliable, Unsanitary, Horrible Customer Service
Pros:

This place is HORRID (especially for foreigners and visitors). They promised a shuttle bus schedule for pick-up from Jeju airport to the hotel after WAITING for 2 scheduled times over THREE hours, we had to taxi over (we had confirmed with the hotel concierge twice on the shuttle hours too). This ruined the day. I already REGRETTED booking here. The hotel did not accommodate or cared for about that they wasted our time and thereafter it was hard to get to customer service. We arrived at the hotel late at night to be MUCH MORE DISAPPOINTED. The ocean view was nothing spectacular, the lock was broken, the bathroom was not private, the lights were half working and the bathroom was dirty. Save yourself a hassle, everything is driving distance in Jeju, go somewhere else BUT RAON HOTEL.

If I could I wish I cancelled. Over priced, no show shuttle bus, broken door, dirty, unclean. I wouldn’t have wasted my money on this and asking for a refund. Tourists beware.

Pros:

바퀴벌레와 날벌레들이 반겨주는 숙소에요.
늦은 시간인 열시 반에 체크인을 하고 들어갔는데
탁자 밑에 바퀴벌레가 마중나오고
침대 위에 날벌레들이 누워서 쉬고 있더라구요
프런트가 24시간이 아니어서 어떻게 해결이 안됐고
여기 어떤가 후기 보러 오신분들은 뒤로가기 누르세요
시설도 오래된 흔적이 보이고
침대도 딱딱해서 허리아파요
그냥 싼가격을 찾는 분들 여기보다 좋은 싼 숙소 많아요
잘 생각하세요 여기 진짜 별로에요

Pros:

샤워실 문을 닫고 씻었는데 물 배수가 안됐어요. 그리고는 나와서 보니 세면대가 있는 욕실에도 물이 첨벙첨벙할정도였고 바로 이어져나오는 신발 놓는 곳 부터 침실쪽까지 물이 다 흘러나왔어요.
9시반에 그래서 로비를 10시까지 운영한다해서 프론트 전화했더니 안받아서 직접내려가니 불도 다꺼놓고 사람이 안보였어요. 왔다갔다하다 9시 50분에 다시 로비로 가서 옆에 닫힌 유리문을 보니 직원이 가방메고 있더라고요. 유리문을 닫아놓고 불도 꺼놓으니 사람이 잘 안보였던거였어요. 그제서야 확인받고 방 바꿨습니다. 다음날보니 다른 가족여행객도 같은일을 겪었더군요. 시간이 늦어 그 방을 바꾸지도 못했고요. 편히 쉬어야할 호텔에서 힘들었네요. 관리 문제 있어요. 4층에 있는 룸 썼어요.
