Good but could be better
Pros:

The room did not appear to have been cleaned. There was hair on towels, one had lipstick on it and one had a hole. Some guests were rowdy, including knocking on walls and slamming the door, woke me up at 2 and 3 am. Only the last receptionist at check out, was kind and helpful.

Pros:

만족했습니다. 깨끗하고 소음은 다른호텔과 비슷했습니다. 다만, 조식은 어디서 먹는지 등 설명이 없고 설명이적힌 종이만 줘서 물어봐야 대답을 해줬습니다. 다른건 좋았습니다.

해마다 한 번 이상은 부부가 방문하는 호텔입니다.항상 느끼지만 금오산 품에 안겨 있어 자연스레 힐링이 됩니다.시설도 깨끗하고 특히 직원들도 친절해서 참 좋습니다.1층에 있는 중식당의 음식 맛도 훌륭하고요..앞으로는 계절마다 한번씩 이상 방문해서 몸과 마음을 충전하려 합니다.

This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels. The accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the dining options were really good, the chef is excellent. But the main thing is the service. This staff is fantastic. They even showed me how to use the washing machine that was all Korean language. They went out of their way. I only wish that this were on my regular route of travel so that I could stay there again and again and again.
