스위트룸 1001호에서 숙박 못하고 새벽1시에 탈출
토요일 처제 결혼식으로 만삭 아내는 같이 오지 못하고 초1, 초2 아이만 데리고 추석연휴 마지막주 금요일에 방문
기차가 많이 없어 숙소 도착하니 밤 10시정도 되었는데 들어가자 마자 바퀴벌레 발견
한마리 잡고 다른데 가야하나 생각했지만 늦은 시간에 밖에는 비도 오고 아이들은 지쳐서 기절 직전
참고 자보자 하고 애들 손발만 씻겨서 재우고 잠시 쉬다 씻으려고 욕실 이동중 또 한마리 발견
잡고 욕실에서 더 거대한 바퀴벌레 2마리 발견...
우선 잡고 욕실 문 닫고 나왔는데 그때부터 멘붕...
어떻게 하지 애들은 기절해있고
도저히 안되겠어서 처제 신혼집에 모여있는 처가 식구들에게 연락
새벽 1시에 장모님이랑 처형이랑 다들와서 방에 불켜니 또 바퀴벌레 나옴...
호텔 직원은 다른방은 안나온다고 방 바꿔준다는데 믿을수 없음

직원이 친절하게 응수해준점

스위트를 2박 예약하고 들어간 스위트룸은 정말 힘들었음 목욕탕은 넓었지만 뭔가 귀신 나올것 같았고 방과 거실이 나누어진것이아니라 칸막이로 되어있고 인테리어가 어수선하고 편히 쉬기 어려운 구조. 그 큰 목욕탕에서 정기적으로 들려오는 소리는 공포스럽기까지했다. 밤에 화장실이라도 가면 어두컴컴해서 뭔가가 구석에 웅크리고 있는듯한 느낌이 들어 소름이 돗았음 . 침대위의 시스템 에어컨에는 먼지가 가득 작동하기 두려웠음. 다행히 방을 바꿔 오히려 디럭스 트윈으로 옮기니 좋았음 침대도 편했음. 직원이 친절하게 대응을 해줘서 잘묵고 왔음. 제발 스위트 욕실을 그대로 놓을려면 불을 환하게 하는게 좋을 듯 하고. 에어컨은 대청소를 전체적으로 하는게 좋을것 같고. 인테리어 바꾸란 소리는 못하겠지만 도배라도 좀 편안한 색으로 하면 어떨까합니다.

チェックがギリギリになってしまったのですが、丁寧に対応していただけました。
簡単な英語ができれば十分にコミュニケーションでき、チェックイン/チェックアウトともスムーズでした。
築年数が20年弱みたいなので、その経年は施設から感じましたが、手入れや清掃はしっかりされていたので、気になるようなことはありませんでした。

韓国に慣れていない日本の方向けへの注意としては
・ハンドソープがなかったので、気になる方は何か用意がいるかも
・泊まった部屋は浴室のカーテンが動かなかったので、特に女性の方とかは不安かも
・シャワーとかの使い方(温冷の切り替え、シャワーの切り替えなど)が日本と違うのでちょっと困るかも
あたりなので、その辺は事前に確認や用意してもらえるとよいかもです。

I didn’t like it at all. It only could get better if you upgrade your room by paing

The hotel room was very uncomfortable
AC was blowing at the bed, it was impossible to sleep with AC on, otherwise you can easily got sick.
The smell was very strange, even my little daughter could not bear it
