일단 평일이라 숙박객이 많지 않은데 정면 공사장 뷰의 방을 받았음..공사 소음에 그냥 창문 닫고 지냈음.
프론트의 직원들이 제대로 호텔학과를 전공했나 싶을 정도로 접객 서비스에 대한 이해는 낮아 보였음. 근처 식당을 추천해 달라니 식당이 모여 있는 골목에 식당이 많이 있다는 대답이 돌아옴.
입실 시 체크아웃 시간을 추가 비용 내고 연장했는데 11시 넘어서 전화 옴. ㅡㅡ
제주 라마다는 객실이 오래됨에도 직원들의 꼼꼼하고 친절한 마인드에 감동하고 돌아왔는데 같은 라마다라고 보기 힘들었음.

깨끗하게 아주 잘 유지되고 있어요 직원분들도 친절하시고 무인편의점 있어서 아주 편해요
청결도는 중간 수준이나, 야간에 물흐르는 소리, 공조기 돌아가는 소리가 너무 커서 편얀하게 잘 수가 없었음..
유료인 온천 목욕탕은 시설이 오래되어서 별로 입니다.
룸 컨디션도 오래된 느낌이구요.(특히 화장실은 모텔 보다도 못함)
라마다 인수하여 로비만 다시 리뉴얼하고 숙소나 목욕탕은 개보수를 안한것 같습니다. 대부분의 수안보 온천호텔이 오래되어 이곳으로 했는데 여기도 시설이 좋지는 않네요.
Shower was horrible. Water was not hot and no holder for sprayer.
온돌 더블이었는데, 낮은 침대였습니다. 아주 좋았습니다...

아침에 객실 물 사용량이 많아서 그렇다는데
상식적으로 이해가 안됩니다.
사우나에서도 아침시간에는 샤워기에서 따뜻한 물이
안나옵니다.
시설은 많이 낙후되긴 했어요. 그나마 청소는 깨끗하게 된 편이여서 괜찮았네요. 그런데 에어컨 중앙컨트롤 시스템이 너무 불편했어요. 켜달라 꺼달라 말하기가 불편했네요

건물외부는 리노베이션한 것 같은데 곳곳에 거미줄들이 너무 방치된 상태이며 룸내부는 특히 욕실안의 상태가 너무 오랜 세월이 느껴지는 상태입니다. 세면대의 수전이 흔들거리고 타일의 보수 상태가 너무 거슬렸습니다. 코로나의 여파인지 호텔의 전반적인 상태가 좋은 느낌은 아니었습니다.
침대가 딱딱해서 마른 저에게는 다소 불편했습니다.
세면대가 물이 내려가지 않고 안에 음식찌꺼기나 물위에 뜨더라구요.
숙소는 조금 오래된 느낌이라 더 안정감있는(?) 기분이었어요. (이해가 되실라나요..^^;;) 그리 넓진 않았지만 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 단지 조식이 무척이나 실망스러웠어요. 참고하셔요.

세라잼 안마의자가 있어서 부모님께서 잘 이용 하셨습니다
다만,프론트 직원은 다소 불친절하다고 느꼈습니다
그리고 침대 매트와 베개가 불편하였습니다
체크인/아웃을 차라리 기계로 하는 편이 좋다고 생각됩니다
