ELIENA HOTEL SEOUL GANGNAM

This hotel is in between two subway stations which make it convenient to travel across Seoul.
Staff were very helpful with any questions we had, and the cleaning staff very diligent.

Kjempe hyggelig de som jobba der og nærme alt, lett å komme seg til alle plasser og er en del spiste steder rundt om!
Frukost på hotell var god men litt skuff med tanke på var ikkje fersk juice, de prøvde og å fikse gluten free og melkefree frukost så de var flink der

Så alt i alt var det veldig fint og koselig hotel

There were lots of breakfast options to select from. It’s a set menu.

The rooms were clean and the staff members are very friendly. The only complaint is the elevators, when there are weddings held (which seems to be all weekends and Fridays), taking the elevator is a chore. We couldn’t find staircases that didn’t lock (didn’t want to be locked in). Overall great stay.

I do not recommend for a first time in Seoul.
Hence the staff was really nice, the hotel itself is far from the main attractions if you are a first timer in Seoul. Also the room had a terrible smell, windows were not cleaned for the past few years, we could hear the room next door and the restaurant just above our room. There was an automatic light in the room entrance which was really annoying, the AC dropped on the bed and the bed was very hard, not comfortable. I think the price is overrated compared to the experience.

The room was good and clean.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was weak and the bed had only one blanket.

The breakfast was not a buffet, and the Western-style food was simply poor.

The English skills of most of the staff were very poor.

Our overall experience was excellent. Everyone starting from the front desk was accomodating and pleasant. I would also like to commend all the staff that always serve our breakfast. They made sure that we enjoy everything that they serve us. I would say that is the highlight of our stay. The room was well maintained, bed is so comfortable and relaxing. The room was well cleaned, well lighted and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this to our friend and our stay in Eliena hotel made us want to come back and visit South Korea again. We really loved our stay! It was excellent! Kudos to the management and the whole staff! We love all of you and we will see you again. Thank you very much for making our stay in Korea worth it!! ❤️

また滞在しに来たいと思える素敵なホテルでした。

No concierge and they speak very little English. Would have appreciated guided citytours etc as hard to get around beyond walking from hotel. We did not see the main tourist areas or monuments . A concierge would have helped connect us to explore the city of Seoul

綺麗なホテルで、日本語が出来るスタッフさんが2人ほど居ましたそしてとても親切でこちらの不都合でホテルに忘れ物をしたのですが、空港まで届けていただき本当に感謝しています。これからも利用させていただきたいと心から思いました。本当にありがとうございました。

주차는 가능합니다. 프론트 직원분은 무지 친절하세요. 근데 프론트나 호텔방이 별로예요. 이 수준에 비해 가격이 너무 비쌉니다. 난방을 켰는데, 벌레시체가 잔뜩 붙어 있어서 그냥 끄고 추운 채로 잤어요.
새벽에 가끔 오토바이 소리 폭주족소리가 들립니다. 실내가 불을 켜도 좀 어두워요

Parking is convenient. It is a convenient location for running errands in Gangnam. The staff is friendly. The room is quiet and clean.

시설 관리가 상당히 잘 되어 있고, 주차 서비스는 빠르고 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다.

유일한 단점은 예식장을 함께 사용하는 건물이다 보니, 엘리베이터가 매어 밀립니다. 기본 5분~10븐 기다린거 같네요.

이외 모든 것이 마음에 들었습니다.

Good location and environment. Nice service.
The quality for breakfast is excellent.

The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. The club in the basement attracted a questionable crowd. The location was excellent, but it would have been better if it wasn’t so expensive. The club in the basement disturbed my sleep. Too Expensive
