Great value & everything we needed

Location was great & because the apartment was at the back of the block it was pretty quiet

Ok location, noisy Fri/sat night and bathroom fan needs a fix

Despite having the room furthest away from
Courtenay place it was noisy Fri and sat night.
Also as it was windy the fan in the bathroom made noise continuously due to its exterior panel . This was disturbing for sleep.

Great would be very happy to stay again.
Pros:

The kitchen was well equipped which I made use of, especially appreciated the dishwasher. The shower had great pressure and like the whole place was very clean. It was lovely for the heaters to be on and the place was lovely and warm, nice touch.

Cons:

Better information on how to get to the room. We were the last room at the back down what seemed like a rabbit warren. No decaffeinated teabags but that was it. Otherwise it was great.

Just what we needed while we were in Wellington thanks.
Pros:

Enjoyed the location as it was handy. The heaters were on when we arrived and was nice and toasty warm.
Plenty of space for both of us.

Cons:

Quite a bit of noise in the early hours of the morning with rubbish trucks at the rear of the property crashing and banging bins. Both nights by the way.

Good dining options and vibe in the central city
Pros:

Great central location with the airport bus directly outside the accommodation and great eateries within walking distance. Very clean with good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The washers might need replaced in the bathroom taps.

Pros:

I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments. Good comms with staff with easy to follow check in process. No reception, security entrance. Self contained.

Rooms are spacious and tidy. Great location with bars and restaurants in the immediate area. 3 min walk to the supermarket.

I left my phone in the room on checkout. I got a hold of staff and they quickly got housekeeping to meet me at the front door to collect my phone.

Highly recommended…. I will definitely stay here again.
