awesome location and well equipped beds were awesome would stay again and again.

Pros:

Great location with everything so close, no road noise and the apartment had everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Car parking can be tricky, I ended up parking in a car parking building for our stay and collected at the end ( $30 for 24 hr )

We loved our week in Wellington and we certainly would stay again.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.
The location was handy to eateries, supermarket, buses, TePapa and the waterfront.

Cons:

There was no privacy when you open the curtains due to the adjacent offices that look straight into the apartment. Net curtains would be ideal.
We were in Room 5, which was right next to the corridor door, therefore you heard the door open and close whenever anyone went through it which was annoying during the night when you're trying to sleep. The door also squeaked so a dash of CRC would help.

Pros:

Everything about the place. Right in the heart of a very busy street, but room away from all the busy noise.. Relaxing feeling.. just a overall great place to stay..

Cons:

1 slight problem, the place was very clean but during our 4 night stay, there was about 3 small cockroaches we seen, 2 in sitteroom & 1 in the kitchen, not sure we they came from, but they were removed from the room..

Pros:

Comfortable accommodation for the 3 nights we stayed. Convenient location for walking into the city centre and supermarket with lots of eating places near by.
We had a late flight on the day of our departure and at the suggestion of Courtenay village we were able to leave our bags at another hotel close by until our departure.

A lovely stay
Pros:

The location was perfect for our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy, had everything we needed.

Cons:

There is a little bit of a musty smell when walking in so perhaps leaving the wi down open before checking in would air it out nicely.
