Pros:

Great location within walking distance to the theatre and great restaurants. Quiet, well equipped and comfortable with ample space.

Cons:

No reception - you have to call a number to get access 😔

Nice place, good location.
Pros:

What you would expect from the pictures and description: a nice, clean apartment. Location is good with lots of shops, bars & restaurants, and a direct bus to the airport around the corner. The area is quite busy, at least when we were there on a Saturday, but there was no real noise nuisance inside the apartment.
Would definitely check availability of this place first if I would go to Wellington again.

Location was perfect

Cons:

Shower drain blocked and over-flowed meaning a very short shower for 1 person only. However the maintenance staff arrived later in the day and rectified the issue.

Close to food outlets

Cons:

Finding the entrance with all of our luggage was a nightmare. Then it was like a maze to find our room. After a day of travelling it was stressful.

Short stay in Wellington. Good Location. Clean Apartment
Pros:

Location was central to CBD, Airport and Lower Hutt so served its purpose, Facilities were clean and rooms were good sized. Apartment was secure and safe.

Cons:

Some of the noise from adjacent apartments and movement of other tenants through the lobby was audible.
