A very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Great location as close to lots of eateries, New World supermarket and Oriental parade. Nice and clean and excellent rooms especially the bedrooms.

Cons:

But parking a problem so ideal if you do not have a vehicle.

Its fair to disappointing about the cleanliness cause especially i travel for a days work in the city

Its convenient t for the location shops and food around the area

Cons:

Well the restroom is dirty… especially the shower area really there were scums and mold all over ,the carpets seems it hasn’t vacuum when we arrive so dusty… the towels seems also not clean

Pros:

In was in the right location, we were able to get a park right out the front of the main entrance. In walking distance to the St James Theatre to see the Boney M concert.

Cons:

Everything about the apartment was fabulous. Enjoyed a morning coffee out on the balcony.

It was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Checking in was painful. They do not have a desk use a phone number to get the code for lockbox that contains the room keys. If you don't have a phone capable of international calling you are screwed.

Pros:

Spacious, well located, clean , well furnished and well equipped

Cons:

Getting in. I didn’t receive any emails regarding the check in process .I had to call them which was a bit of a wait but once we got in it was very smooth

The space in the room decor and location

Cons:

The view out of the room, how far back it was set but also was kind of fun to walk to and was great to have a balcony so was all relevant.

The main thing didn't like was shower was a bit grimey and old outdated bedside table. 1 on each side of the bed would have been better.

We found the elevator system to our room was a little weird but once we sorted it out, it was fine.
