Everything's okay but the hotel staff could not provide hot water for shower early in the morning even after requesting a day before many times in Dec. Staff came to the room to check the hot water in the bathroom but didnt do anything.

Staff were helpful, a car was provided for pickyp from the airport which was great

Stayed for 2 nights based on previous reviews.
If you have never been to India before then clean can obviously have very different meanings depending on your view point.
For India standards it is clean and safe and the staff are very helpful
Would use it again

Well located near New Delhi Station, and staff very helpfully met us at the station because of late arrival. Airport shuttle is also very helpful. Very good value for money, comfortable room with free sport tv, including premier league and IPL.

Mala ubicación ya que la zona no brindaba las seguridades como para salir a caminar por lo que nos vimos obligados a pasar encerrados en el hotel y contratar tours para poder salir, el personal muy poco amable, dentro de la reserva decía que el desayuno estaba incluido pero resulta que al final nos cobraron, el baño de la habitación tenía una apariencia de no haber sido usado en mucho tiempo, todo era viejo y dentro de la ducha había un balde sucio sin ninguna función que sólo se llenaba de agua cada vez que nos bañabamos.

델리역에서 조금 거리가 있는 호텔로 넓은 방을 제공해줍니다. 따로 경비가 호텔을 지키고 있어 안전함을 느낄 수 있어요. 처음 델리 도착하여 많은 혼란과 멘붕 속에서 그나마 평안을 찾은 곳이며 가격을 생각하면 만족스럽습니다. 직원들이 무척 친절하며 물을 제공해주고 원하면 돈내고 아침 먹을 수 있어요. 공항서 무료 픽업은 안되며 돈내면 받을 수 있습니다. (처음 오시는 분들은 무료 픽업이 있는 다른 곳 예약하건 유료건 픽업은 받으세요)

GOOD HOTEL NICE STAFF OVERALL NICE PLACE, CAN IMPROVE

The Hotel is very nice to stay in for a single female.The staff look after you vert nicely & are very polite. The breakfast is superb If you are into Indian food they you will be stuffed. However they also make omelettes toast etc to your liking. The dinners are lovely .The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. This hotel is lovely. They have guards outside the hotel. I was scammed...the area is dangerous if you do not know what your are doing! Rickshaws, pickpockets etc. One of the guards literally picked me by the neck yesterday..when I walked out..This is my duty madam. Shush! to whoever was tryng it it on. Hotel is safe nice & clean,Area not.I'm a first timer in Delhi though...& agan a single female with blonde hair....

The Hotel is hard to find. While it is in a compound with security on the gate it is located in a poor part of the City. The room was very hot, Air conditioner made a lot of noise but didn't work, and the bed cover had what appeared to be dried blood on both sides. We booked for 2 nights and there was no cleaning done or fresh towels between first and second days. On the plus side, it is relatively inexpensive, feel safe on the property, they do have free wifi and the staff are friendly.

Good budget friendly property, located in the heart of the city. It was very close to the train station and metro stations as well. Room was good and well maintained. The staff were so amazing, friendly, and they do their best to help.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit warmer und freundlicher Atmosphäre und nettes Personal. Ich werde wieder kommen auf jeden Fall. Das Hotel ist sehr günstig, in der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und dem Bahnhof entfernt. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, makellos sauber, wie die war restlichen des Hotels .

We just love the hotel location. Just minutes away from the many good supermarkets and many good selection of restaurants around the neighborhood.The bedroom was pretty nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff of this hotel were all really great and helpful.

The hotel rooms were simple but adequate and functional, with two very comfortable beds and good pillows. Staff were very good and extremely helpful too. Location was sooo convenient because it was in close proximity to the railway and metro stations. Food was fine but it would be great if they have many other good options for dinner. There was free wifi throughout the hotel and it really worked well for me.

Das Hotel ist auf Grund seiner Nähe zum Bahnhof so laut, dass man wegen der schlechten Fenster praktisch nicht schlafen kann.

Decent hotel , value for money. Heater was provided before we checked in at no extra cost. Toilet flush was a problem.
Comforter cover was not a fresh one , it was clearly used one. They did not have a fresh one , hence removed the dirty cover and asked us to use the comforter without cover. Breakfast offered was good. Room service was quick and good. decent staff and overall satisfactory stay for two nights with family.

Average budget hotel. Nothing great. Nothing awful.

A good basic stay. Beware foreigners, though. They tend to forget your orders: toilet paper, water etc. maybe lost in communication...

Good budget hotel. Perhaps caters more for Indian tourists than Westerners but the staff were good, even helped us order pizza one night. Decent for a short stay. I would stay here again.

walking distance to train station. Seemed safe enough for male travelers - not sure if woman traveling alone. Inside complex that is guarded. Check-in okay. Location okay - some restaurants a couple streets away. Internet service provided slow and a bit complicated. Elevator working first day but not the second. Breakfast fine. Seems to be in the process of trying to reach level that foreigners expect but glitches here and there. Would recommend for overnight stay near train station, probably not yet for longer-term to see Delhi.
