La carte et les plats servis étaient excellents

Ce n'est pas mon Mama préféré mais cela reste l'esprit Mama
Pros:

Ambiance au bar et restaurant, toujours très vivante et joyeuse, accueil du personnel très sympa, disponibilité du parking surtout dans ce quartier où il est toujours difficile de se garer.

Cons:

L'agencement de la chambre n'est pas optimal et peu pratique. Peu de prises électriques et elles sont mal positionnées.

Franchement, grosse déception…

C’est pas normal d’accueillir des clients alors qu’il y a des soirées jusqu’à 2h du matin avec zéro insonorisation. Impossible de dormir. Et ça continue dès 5h avec du bruit non-stop.

Et pour couronner le tout, l’odeur dans la chambre est également catastrophique… vraiment pas acceptable.

J’adore le Mama d’habitude, mais là c’est juste une catastrophe. Clairement pas un hôtel où je reviendrai dans ces conditions.

Mama Shelter, but.
Pros:

It's Mama Shelter, so it has to be cool 😎
Their focus on adult entertainment is refreshing and very positive.
Staff super helpful.
Nice parties in the restaurant.

Cons:

Too expensive for not offering any amenities like gym, spa or swimming pool.
Breakfast was in nice setting, but selection was a bit too standard and too expensive for 21€. And the cappuccino wasn't so nice. And you know: coffee matters. Especially in the morning.
Extra points for offering oat milk, though!
The surrounding was a little bit too loud, investing in better sound insulation in the windows might be nice.

And yes we were spoiled: the Mama Shelter in L.A. is a place everybody loves and the food and the parties are so great, that the bar for other locations is super high.

Pros:

Le personnel est extrêmement poli, disponible et sympathique.

Cons:

L’hôtel était conforme à nos attentes.

Seul le quartier peut sembler déconcertant, les graffitis sont beaux, les tags sauvages un peu moins.
