Le petit déjeuner était très bien, dans un salle jolie et agréable.

Cons:

L'absence d'accueil.... même pas un sourcil levé à notre arrivée. Une caution de 470 € par personne a été prise sur chacune de nos CB (nous étions 3).
La réservation avait pourtant été confirmée avec une CB qu'ils avaient déjà enregistrée.
Je ne doute pas que cette pratique soit légale mais si j'en avais eu connaissance, je n'aurais pas choisi cet établissement (d'où ma review).
La personne à l'accueil s'est agacée de nos questions à ce sujet.
Quelle coolitude ce Mama Shelter!
Les chambres réservées étaient vraiment petites et exiguës. L'éclairage très peu accessible et l'accès au bureau complètement tordu.
Bref, je ne recommande pas et ne reviendrai pas.
