We stayed in the older less expensive side of the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Read a lot of negative reviews prior to foing but feel the room was amazing value for money. Hotel grounds and pool are fabulous! Amazing breakfast and lovely helpful staff throughout.

Très bon séjour très agréable dommage 1 nuit c était cour mais j y reviendrais chambre standard prise vue sur jardin trop bien ..propreté des chambre accueil un peu long mais vu la sympathie de l accueil ccest normal rien a dire super

Hay que mirar porque las fotos enseñan las habitaciones nuevas, y a nosotros nos ha tocado una antigua y sin aire acondicionado! Para cambiar a una aire te cobran extra! Al final nos quedamos en la habitación antigua y nos trajeron un ventilador! Me sentí estafada pq las fotos no era de la habitación que he revervado!

It was very hot during our stay at the Balneari Prats. The pool looked lovely to cool off in, but the pool is fed by a hot spring that is supposed to promote health and longevity. The hotel is actually a spa and you'd often see people in their bathrobes at breakfast. It was charming. I wished we had had time to stay and use the spa.
They had a very nice breakfast buffet and all the staff at the hotel were very nice and accomodating.

Beautiful hotel to relax and rejuvenate. There’s more of the elderly coming here to use the thermal waters properties. The church bells ring every hour and it takes u back in time to a more peaceful era.

Great Place to stay, close to central train station, room work out very well. Nice pool

After the initial disappointment with the rather worn look of the room, we actually had a very pleasant stay here. But the standard rooms really need an upgrade. They look old and tired and are fairly noisy. The friendly staff, good food & pleasant thermal pool made up for a lot. The prices of the treatments at the spa seem fairly high, but you get a lot for your money. However, don't expect any of the modern stuff you might be used to, this is wellness the way it was done in the 70's. The free parking is nice. Overal, I would probably stay here again, but I would consider spending the extra on the superior room

Fantastiskt hotell med mysig pool. Rent och fräscht. Hotellet är slitet, men charmigt. Personalen är väldigt trevliga😀

Très bel hôtel dans une bâtisse du début du XX è siècle dans un parc arboré très reposant. Excellent accueil avec un personnel avenant. Les chambres de la partie "rénovée" sont spacieuses, modernes et confortable. Très belle piscine à 34° (termes obligent) avec beaucoup de transats. Enfin le restaurant sert une très bonne cuisine à des prix plus que raisonnables. Nous reviendront pour un séjour plus long pour profiter des termes et des soins proposés. Vraiment un très bel établissement.

La zona de recepeción y el salon comedor, los encontré amplios y bonitos. La habitación decepcionante.

Casi 3 días y ya he mejorado tanto física como psíquicamente. Ambiente muy agradable. Me gustaría alojarme cuando esté pensiones. Mejor q una residencia

C’est la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement et ma chambre était un peu moins agréable que les fois précédentes : elle donnait de plus sur la rue et non le jardin. Séjour très agréable pour le reste : piscine, terrasse, diner... je recommande !

Friendly staff, rooms a little tired but with everything that you need
