Pros:

Hotel very basic tatty furniture very noisy at night !!!

Cons:

Got woken up at 1.30 am people shouting down the corridors banging doors then all repeated again at 2.30 am ended up having 4 hours sleep. Would definitely not return there .

La ubicación y atención del personal

Cons:

La habitación n104 horrible estaba justo al lado de el cuarto de la limpieza muchísimo ruido imposible descansar .
Arrastrado camas desde las 8.30 de la mañana asta las 5 de la tarde imposible descansar ni de día ni de noche.
Y luego lavadora o secadora no sabría decir en la misma cabezera de la cama y un ruido horrible llenando el cubo para fregar .
A sido un horror descansar hemos estado en semana santa deseando poder descansar y no lo hemos conseguido .
Espero lo solucionen y no vuelva ha ocurrirle a nadie .

Memorable....beautiful hotel on beautiful beach..
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location right in the centre of La Cariheula. German and Lucia could not have been more helpful....we had a sea view room which was stunning. Local restaurants and coffee shops were fantastic. I look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the near future.

Huge studio, stunning veranda, fantastic sea-view.
Pros:

A huge studio, sliding doors opening up to an equally huge veranda, the sea right in front of you. Sounds like paradise? It was. Listening to the waves, no other noises to be heard. Check-in was easy, the front ladies very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel con 3 estrellas que me parecen algo excesivas. Instalaciones y baños algo antiguos y necesitan reforma. Almohada muy baja.

Estancia MUY PENDIENTE de mejorar.
Pros:

Las vistas increibles, pero creo que en verano ese hotel seria horroroso por que es cierto que existe aire acondicionado pero lo intentamos y hace muchisimo ruido ya que parece ser aires acondicionados antiguos.

Cons:

Las camas y almohadas horrorosas y eso que pedimos 2 almohadas mas... por otro lado, en verano creo que no es un hotel adecuado por el sol, ya que no tiene persianas solo unos ventanales que los tapan una cortinas gordas pero que siguen entrando claridad... La TV es muy sencilla nada moderno y si es cierto que te dejan una cafetera, dos vasos y 2 platitos pequeños pero sin nada de cafe y te, en mi caso que fuimos 1-2 dias, no nos rento nada y estuvimos mal a causa de un mal descanso. Se escuchan las puertas y cuando entra y sale gente. Nosotros nos alojamos en la tercera planta con nuestra perrita y eso que estabamos al final del pasillo.Ademas se debe tener en cuenta que al estar cerca de la playa, para aparcar sienpre cuesta mucho, excepto por la noche.

Ocean front/ Exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptional.. answered messages very quickly, very friendly and helpful. I left my phone in the lobby charging and the guy at reception ran out to catch me before I got in a taxi to the airport. What a Great Guy. Thanks so much.

The shower was excellent

El personal de noche con complejo de padre , poniéndonos horarios para dormir a unos adultos de la misma edad prácticamente que el ,con la escusa del ruido lo cual no fue el caso ,ni tenemos la edad para armar jaleo , todo lo demás perfecto ,menos el gran olor a cañería que teníamos en la suite
