It truly felt like home away from home. Thank you to all the staff.
Pros:

There are many things I liked in this hotel: starting with the location: very convenient and close to many locations. Staff are very friendly and helpful, every single one of them was very cordial, friendly and efficient. I especially name Hadi in the Breakfast lounge who was very reliable and helpful, the same goes to the two Hassans at the Front Desk.

Cons:

There were only a couple of notes for your attention: it was impossible to adjust the thermometer in the room so I would have to switch it off because it was getting cold in the room. The second is the laundry service: although it was an added plus, but the machines were always occupied by unattended finished laundry loads. Staff should periodically monitor these machines and remove the unattended load to free up the machines for other guests.

Fab breakfast, amazing pool on rooftop despite it being cold (Dec 25) still went inside and comfortable bed.

FANTASTIC
Pros:

Modern and well located for Ras Beirut.

Lovely large, well equipped studios. It is more of a serviced-apartments than hotel experience (which is what I wanted) - but with 5 star hotel standards.

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and quality linens.

Excellent breakfast - both Lebanese and Western.

Friendly, very helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing. Only wished I could have stayed longer.
