Lovely quiet stay with warm and welcoming staff
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and understanding with our little one, especially in giving us time to get her ready the next day for wedding.
Grounds very pretty and well kept as was the room.

Cons:

Not a great choice of food especially with little one as thought it was bar food but no chips on menu we saw.

Good value for money! Swimming pool is a gem!
Pros:

Swimming pool is definitely the STAR !

Outdoors furniture seems new and was comfortable!

Lovely flower baskets!

Had a basic double room , was spacious enough!

Poster double bed was comfortable, thank you!

Breakfast was acceptable but good value for the price we paid!

Staff was observant and multitasking it seemed....

Altogether, very good value for money!

Location was good and had lots of own parking spaces!

Cons:

Dirt that was easy to spot:
In the room:
- bin was filthy.
- clothes tag from previous guest on the floor next to the bin
-large quantity of dust and left overs garbage from previous guests behind bedside tables
-kettle with H2O in it and debris and plus plus scales

In the bathroom:
- shower head and cord scaled
- shower knob allowed hot and very hot water

Windows glass could have been cleaner.

Pros:

Location was good, due to the venue we had to attend that day.

Cons:

Disappointed that on arrival, reception were not aware of the early book in. Weren't aware two people staying, wh8ch is a shame as I called in to ask re arriving earlier due to attending a funeral that pm. The room was cold, unable to turn radiator on plus very noisy room even after the party at the venue had finished.

Pros:

the price, the room, the location was perfect for where our function was.. all in all a nice stay

Cons:

our table for breakfast was right next to the entrance of the restaurant, there were people in and out while we were eating which kind of took the edge off breakfast
