Poor from start to finish
Pros:

Rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable.

Cons:

The restaurant food was poor, sent back starters as the hot honey cajun chicken, was pale, Cajunless, only shown the honey jar and not used. Goats cheese tart was cold and went the same way. Breakfast was overcooked and over priced. Service was terrible.

The Reception team made you feel like they were doing you a favour to check you in and out. Not a smile, no good afternoon or good morning, poor customer service. 4th time I have stayed here and worst it has ever been.

The Shower, the rainfall head dribbled out, clearly not been cleaned out ever. The shower glass partition is inadequate, water splashes out everywhere.

The wardrobe opens out almost against the wall, making ha hing clothes from case to wardrobe, a real pain.

Great stay and memories made
Pros:

Lovely hotel, breakfast was great, location was very good.

Cons:

The only thing is that the car park was a little far away, having one closer would really make this hotel the perfect one for Birmingham!
