Exceptional hotel, high end facilities and very clean
Pros:

I stayed in the suite, it was exceptionally clean. The facilities were high end. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The only issue is the car parking. The closest car park is Moor St, Bullring & it’s £20.00 for 24 hours.

Overall good. Building work for HS2 didnt bother us, buzzy bar when we were there ckean and tidy place. Just watch those

AC didn’t work, asked twice for it to be sorted. Didn’t happen. We just received a weak apology at the end of our stay. Did not receive everything promised when we upgraded our room. Young bald man on reception lacking in customer skills , blunt to the point of rude on check in not just to me but to others as well needs a customer care skills upgrade (without any bits missing )

It was ok
Pros:

Property is clean. Value for money.

Cons:

Zero parking. Small drop off area. Difficult location with all the road work changes, tram lines etc to get too. Offers early check in, which didn’t mind paying for but you can’t do it even days in advance.

fact i paid a lot money stay there it’s 4 star hotel but i have to pay for tooth brushes razors tooth paste it wasn’t about money principle first time ever i had pay for these items in hotel. also had shower issue in my room staff didn’t seem to care not even a sorry about that
