Great location ,close to a new tram line and 10 min walk to taxis and shopping centres.
Lovely room. Double room, cosy atmosphere, air conditioning in the room need review but good valhe for the price and nights ai stayed. Room was clean on arrival and cleaned after and was done really well. I was served at reception by Mani, lovely gentleman with great conversation.

I had a great experience here! The coffee was excellent, perfectly made and full of flavor. What made the visit even better was the outstanding service. Nitish was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived. His warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I was truly impressed by the outstanding level of customer service. Cyndy, Savannah, Zara and Paulette were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, always taking the time to ensure everything was perfect. They consistently went above and beyond to make my time comfortable there, from responding quickly to requests to offering thoughtful assistance with a smile. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. It's clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed.
The staff were all really friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, but a special mention has to go to Nitish, who was especially kind and made me feel very welcome. Great customer service can make such a difference when staying away from home, and it definitely did here.
Would happily stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This is an amazing hotel with equally amazing staff. From arrival onwards, the whole experience was faultless. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in making me feel at home. The room was immaculate. Everything worked. Bed comfy. Teas and coffees were fine. A particular shout out to Hisham on the front desk who processed check-in quickly and efficiently; however, he showed a degree of concern about our wellbeing and satisfaction which is rarely found these days. Clayton should get him involved in staff training because his is a rarely found skill. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Clayton again - I wouldn't book anywhere else. Would recommend without hesitation.

We stay at this hotel regularly, the staff are always really helpful, happy and friendly. We were served by Hisham who remembered us from our previous stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Birmingham.
