Wonderful relaxing stay ..lovely and friendly staff - always helpful and nothing was too much

Cons:

Not much ..the only thing I can think of is that the carpet needs to be steam cleaned in the room as there are quite a few stains …- otherwise all good

We paid £435.00 for three nights with no breakfast. The only good thing was the location.

Near the beach, but due to the low standard of cleanliness and the noise, we won’t be returning.

The staff were friendly and it was conveniently placed on the seafront.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was marked to a considerable level. The sash windows were filthy, the hotel next door had much cleaner windows so there really wasn’t any excuse. The beds were uncomfortable and the noise from the organ music from the merry go round was right up till 9.30/10pm meant we couldn’t sleep well either night. The price we paid was expensive relative to other hotels we had stayed in and then on top, we had to pay for continental breakfast which wasn’t included in the price we paid.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

The location of the hotel, right opposite the beach, was the main reason for choosing the hotel. Weymouth itself was lovely with a beautiful, sandy beach. It was also very clean. I plan to visit again.

Cons:

The hotel would benefit from an upgrade/Refurb.

The room requires major renovation
Pros:

The location was great, on the beachfront, especially for families since the rides and arcade are in that part of the beach. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room definitely requires renovation, there is no air-condition, carpets are old and dusty. Windows are not enough to cool the room and fan is really noisy and dust from the room fill the air when we open the fan. It was really hard to sleep in the room.
If you have mobility issues, it might be hard to climb the chairs.

Fabulous, the staff were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough, especially Lorna.
Pros:

It was located on the seafront and near all the sights which was great for us.

Cons:

The furnishings and decoration in the room could do with a refresh but was fine for us.
