Very enjoyable.
Pros:

The location of the hotel, right opposite the beach, was the main reason for choosing the hotel. Weymouth itself was lovely with a beautiful, sandy beach. It was also very clean. I plan to visit again.

Cons:

The hotel would benefit from an upgrade/Refurb.

The room requires major renovation
Pros:

The location was great, on the beachfront, especially for families since the rides and arcade are in that part of the beach. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room definitely requires renovation, there is no air-condition, carpets are old and dusty. Windows are not enough to cool the room and fan is really noisy and dust from the room fill the air when we open the fan. It was really hard to sleep in the room.
If you have mobility issues, it might be hard to climb the chairs.

Fabulous, the staff were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough, especially Lorna.
Pros:

It was located on the seafront and near all the sights which was great for us.

Cons:

The furnishings and decoration in the room could do with a refresh but was fine for us.

Cons:

The parking was poor because we booked through booking.com, and we were not to receive onsite parking or a permit. Even on times, there was a car space free!!!
We were offered a nearby car park with a 75% discount when we scanned a QR code.
When we departed the car park, no discount was accepted, and we had to pay 75 pounds for 3 nights' stay.

Great hotel
Pros:

Top class hotel. Very Clean and helpful friendly staff.
Great to have a proper bar on the premises serving a proper pint not cans of beer that we've had in many other b and b's.
Beds are very comfortable,we had a large room with tea and coffee and ,shower, shampoo and soap cleaner all provided.
Best shower we've had in and b and b. Excellent location near to town and pubs.
Downsides are ;parking,we were lucky to get a spot with permit provided by the hotel although this is the same for all hotels in the area.
We had a large room but our son and partner had a very small room that he said got very hot.
Continental breakfast at extra charge but we had a fry up at Wetherspoon's round the corner.
Overall great place to stay and would definitely visit again.

Good location and friendly staff but tired room in need of a good clean. Very expensive for what it is.
