Nice hotel, good value, helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was clean and a nice size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downstairs bar and reading room were a very nice touch. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would recommend the hotel to others.

It would have been useful to have a lift as we were in a family room upstairs. Also the pillows on the bed wernt very comfortable.

Excellent stay in good accommodation. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

The location was excellent close to the beach and town. Very friendly staff. I liked the beach toy and body board loan box in the foyer, thought that a very good idea. The communal rooms down stairs were excellent. The en-suite was clean the shower was good with plenty of hot water and the towels where nice and big. Street parking permit very valuable.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like. A very small thing is it would have been nice to have hot chocolate with the tea and coffee in the room. But I am not complaining about that.
