What a great place
Pros:

To start with , location: I have a daughter and there is a little fair in front of the hotel so was definitely a plus. Two more steps and you are on the beach! The streets behind the hotel are full of little colourful shops , pubs and clubs for night life too. Within 10 minutes walk you can cross the harbour and enjoy some crab fishing or visit the fort.
The room was clean and comfy with en-suite bathroom and a large shower . Morning breakfast available for less than a fiver . I’ll surely recommend it and if ever again in Weymouth I’ll know where to go

Perfect location but a disappointment
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Very tired decor, no bedside lamps, in fact no lamps that worked. It's in need of a revamp

Exactly as expected, good value for money, ace location
Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean, staff lovely, breakfast great value. Room was perfectly adequate whilst not being luxurious or huge in size.

Cons:

The only criticism we had was the noise from neighbouring rooms and corridor, whilst this is completely out of the hotels control and wasn't horrific, it is worth knowing the sound insulation between rooms and doors is more house like than purpose built hotel. If you are affected by noise then perhaps rethink your options

It was fine and will come back again sometime
Pros:

We were able to book at short notice to attend gig at the pavilion which we would have had to drive many extra miles to get back to where we were staying due to road closures on the A35

Cons:

There seem to be a issue with noisy plumbing in the night but manage to stop it by adjusting bathroom radiator ,apart from that it was fine

Great little hotel
Pros:

Great little hotel perfectly located on the seafront.
We had a room with a seaview on the first floor that was spacious and bright.
Everything was clean and fresh as you would expect.
The complimentary breakfast was perfect with hot drinks, cereals, toast and croissant but best of all was the lovely staff. So welcoming and attentive.
Highly recommend 😁
