Great little hotel
Pros:

Great little hotel perfectly located on the seafront.
We had a room with a seaview on the first floor that was spacious and bright.
Everything was clean and fresh as you would expect.
The complimentary breakfast was perfect with hot drinks, cereals, toast and croissant but best of all was the lovely staff. So welcoming and attentive.
Highly recommend 😁

Staff are very friendly good continental breakfast for less than £5.00. Very good location near amusements and pavilion. I like the directional pin light to read a book without disturbing others.

Good Location, close to town centre and beach
Pros:

The location was great, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. have breakfast on Monday morning very good value for money

Cons:

I didn't sleep well on the first night, I turned the radiator down on the second night an slept better. Difficult to find a parking space near hotel for permit. Pavilion car park in about 5 minutes away and is suitable.

Nice hotel, good value, helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was clean and a nice size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downstairs bar and reading room were a very nice touch. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would recommend the hotel to others.
