Pros:

Costumer Service sangat baik menerima tamu, ramah dan rapi.
Cleaning Service memuaskan.

Cons:

Sarapannya cukup baik, minuman dan tempat buah kurang baik karena tidak tersedia sendok dan garfu.
Wi-fi di kamar tidak bisa dimanfaatkan sehingga saya menggunakan Hotspot Pribadi.

Aircond is dusty and can jammed and aircond container can contain water . Cockroaches infesting somewhere

Good for those on a budget
Pros:

Room is good but beddings are old and stained. Food is good, always vegetables with bit of meat :) But that's already a good deal given the affordable room rates. Staff are SO friendly and helpful. What's important is I slept well each night. Don't expect too much, but it's quite decent

Cons:

Smell of smoke enters my room every time even though I chose a NON-Smoking room.
You can hear the movements of chairs on top floor.
This is not the best place if you wanted a cosy stay or if you're picky with food and ambiance.

Cons:

The room cost 480.000 rupiah of course u couldn’t expect anything with that price but why not become the hotel affordable but clean. The linen lots of stain , the bathroom when I enter for the first time it’s so so smelly , and I guess before housekeeping forgot to remove the previous toothbrush of previous guest on top of the container for shampoo Liquid . At night I saw small animal crawling on the Wall not sure what is that , the chair in the room too old doesn’t look good , white colour with lots of dirt stick on it , so it doesn’t look like white anymore .one thing that I like is the staff are friendly, accomdating !
