Wonderful, comfortable stay that was near the hospital
Pros:

The front desk lady was very friendly and made a connection with us immediately. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great for having business at the hospital the next morning.

Pros:

Location was great, room size was perfect. We booked the queen suite. If you are going with a family or a teenager, this is the room for you. 2 queen beds and a sofa with a chase lounge on one end and a pull out bed on the other.

Cons:

Looks like they did some updating and there was paint dripped all over the bathroom floor and the door looked like it needed to be replaced. Breakfast was a little disappointing but most hotels are these days it seems. Not many options

Pros:

Updated and clean

Cons:

Fridge didnt work, which wasn't a big deal. We had to switch rooms mid stay because of a terrible burning plastic smell. Although nothing was burning. Breakfast was not good at all. Biscuit were like rocks, rotten fruit set out, limited selection. They are extremely strict about the pool towels, almost threatening. Also about taking even a closed bottle of water into the pool area. Sometimes you need a drink of water, while swimming! If you know what I mean.

The staff was very nice, the whole building was clean and bright. Love the beds. Awesome night sleep. Everything was very convenient.

Terrible
Pros:

Room and bedding was and smelled clean!

Cons:

The aircon unit was extremely loud when it goes on and kept us awake
Also people in the gym area slamming exercise balls at 11:23 at night did not help ( our room next to the gym)! We did not have a good sleep at all!

Once we got a new room it was clean and it was good.

When we got there to check in and went to our room the room was dirty. Beds were not clean or made. There was towels all over the bathroom
