Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Struttura bellissima, personale super gentile, professionale, disponibile e accogliente. A mezz’ora dal centro di Roma e facilmente raggiungibile con il taxi/Uber per chi non ha macchina. Luogo immerso nel verde, ci si sveglia con il cinguettio degli uccellini e si è circondati anche da un sacco di gattini splendidi. Anche la spa molto bella e pulita e il ristorante buono. Tutto perfetto, torneremo sicuramente.

Struttura incantevole, ma servizio e dettagli non da 4 stelle
Pros:

La struttura è davvero molto bella e curata esteticamente, dislocata su più livelli che le conferiscono un fascino particolare, specialmente la sera grazie ai giochi di luce sulla pietra. Si vede che è una location pensata anche per ricevimenti e banchetti di un certo livello. La strada sterrata per arrivare è coerente con il contesto naturale. Lo staff è stato molto educato e il Wi-Fi in camera funzionava benissimo, il che è un punto a favore non scontato.

Cons:

Nonostante la bellezza del posto, da un 4 stelle Resort & Spa ci si aspetta una cura del dettaglio che purtroppo è mancata. Appena arrivati in camera, abbiamo trovato un lombrico nell'angolo del muro e, aprendo la finestra (che aveva la zanzariera rotta), un'ape e una coccinella morte. Ho lasciato l'ape incastrata nella ragnatela per vedere se con le pulizie del giorno dopo venisse rimossa, ma è rimasta lì. In un 4 stelle il controllo della camera e la pulizia giornaliera dovrebbero essere più rigorosi.
Poca attenzione anche nelle dotazioni: eravamo in quattro ma c'erano solo due cuffiette per la doccia. Discutibile anche la gestione del minibar: mi è stata chiesta la carta di credito a garanzia, ma in frigo c'erano solo due bottiglie d'acqua che mi sono state poi regolarmente fatte pagare al check-out. Far pagare l'acqua a una famiglia di quattro persone dopo aver preteso la garanzia della carta è un gesto poco elegante per la categoria.
La colazione è sicuramente migliorabile: la scelta è limitata (solo yogurt bianco o banana, un unico tipo di cornetto vuoto ). Il sistema delle ciotole comuni per marmellate e cioccolata è poco igienico: ho visto ospiti infilare il cucchiaino nel proprio cornetto e poi rimetterlo nella ciotola. In questa categoria ci si aspetterebbe il monoporzione o un servizio alla carta. Infine, manca costanza: il primo giorno c'erano i pancake, il secondo no. Essendo Pasqua, un piccolo cioccolatino di cortesia in camera sarebbe stato un segno di quell'attenzione all'ospite che qui è purtroppo mancata.

Good location for the airport. Nice country surroundings. Good restaurant on site.

Cons:

Good size rooms but a few niggles - lighting in rooms is inadequate and a kettle would be good. Also the very bright light on the A/C system shines straight into your eyes when in bed - very distracting.

Oh wow absolutely amazing beautiful place peaceful relaxing. staff absolutely amazing so helpful The manager was great gave us great advice on what to visit. Very attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable and happy with everything The cleanliness was amazing couldn’t fault it . Food good lovely and fresh . Nothing was too much effort for anybody. I recommend using the shuttle service they provide at a very small cost to the metro this was amazing service. The room was very comfortable the bed was great . Value for money excellent . Very happy with the stay me and my husband had a lovely relaxing week would definitely return. The swimming pool is being updated so it will be lovely. Price was very good i cannot honestly fault anything made our holiday absolutely amazing. Thank you to everyone at the hotel fantastic service manager was superb thank you all again
