Never got to say stay here they told me there was a dispute with Expedia about a bill expedia owes them money

I stayed in room 22. All fine and dandy until i was woken up by the neighbour's radio at 6:30 am... Bahhhh

It was the best save for the absence of an elevator

I'd always refer this place to friends and relatives who are visiting Cebu for it's proximity to either the airport or the pier.

Place is approved to be a pick-up site for tours and the massage therapist downstairs is AMAZING, 350 pesos to have the best deep-tissue massage ive ever had in my life. Bear in mind I had 6 massages done all over Philippines and I get a massage in Canada once a month.

スーツケースに鍵をかけ忘れた私も悪いですが、一万円札を財布から抜かれてました。
気づいたのは帰国してからなので、今更事を荒げるつもりはないですが、非常に残念です。
日本人は止まるべきで非ず。

First, I requested a pickup at the airport. That never happened. They were not even apologetic about it.
Second, I checked into the hotel with no problems, then they took me to the room. The first thing the attendant did was remove one of the towels and one of the pillows. He told me it was another 50 php to have two. Then I asked for the password for the internet. They would not give it to me and instead wanted to type it into my computer for me. That seemed really odd and rude to me.
Third, I requested room cleaning for several days, finally managed about the third day to get the room cleaned.
Fourth, the toilet broke and had water constantly running in the bathroom, soaked the floor. Asked for it to be fixed. They finally fixed it after 3 days and it immediately broke again. I gave up about that issue. We had to flush the toilet with a bucket of water.
Fifth, the hotel has two small dogs that are not very friendly. So they don't like the guests in the lobby of the hotel where they serve food.

All staffs are friendly with smile.check was quite smooth.

The building itself is well maintained and clean, good impression.

The room is small but understandable from its price.

It seems their electric outlets have problem, air con had stopped sometimes due to the loose contact.

Also no hot shower available even though they have a hot shower device.

Water supply is quite poor, I had to take shower with drops from shower head, so uncomfortable.
