The bed was so dirty

For the price, it was fine. I was surprised at how little the staff knew about the city, and how little they cared. They couldn't be bothered to google a bus schedule for me quickly, for example, and actually told me to go to the wrong bus station (I had a feeling I should double-check, and it's a good thing I did). The location was fine and the price was cheap.

Excellent location as near to Times Berjaya Square and Bukit Tinggi for food and shopping. Safe for walking too.

Quite decent

The entrance of the hotel looked so dodgy as though you were about to be robbed.

The room was very dirty and grungy. The blanket had not been washed as you can see stains underneath it. The bedsheets did not look washed. The pillows looked disgusting. There were stains on the walls. The floor panels were loose. The bathroom had mold all around and was very small.
Overall, I felt very unsafe staying at the hotel. I slept in between the towels because that was the only thing that felt remotely clean. I used my jacket as a pillow. I didn't even sleep well because the bed was quite uncomfortable.

The conditions of the hotel which the pictures had show is totally different.

Overall its ok for budgeting hotel, bcoz it was in the centre area.

Walked in, there was a lingering kind of moldy smell, the bed was comfy, toilet was clean, however the floor feels sticky. TV has only one viewable channel that airs Chinese dramas on and on. For the price that I paid, I certainly had no problems with what I got. I had a place to sleep, and that's good enough.

Room got a smell and there is tobacco smoke leftover near window and didn't clean up...

So poor

This is the worst hotel that I experience in my life. The only best thing is location near to Times Square mall.

The condition of the hotel is terrible.
The bed was dirty and it's noisy at the midnight when I took my rest.

I never stay for so terrible hotel. I totally taken 4 room, 2 room intermediate no water supply, 1 room no signal for TV, 1 room no hot water, air con liking water while night. Bad staff services given reason. No technician and all room full.

Very small. Room had the 'dirty blanket' smell. Bathroom had no water and was changed room where heater wasn't working. Not so clean. And downstairs looked scary

Low than what expected. The photos in web is not consistent with the real.

The hotel room was a nice place to rest my head in, there were plenty of food spots all around. It was only a walking distance to malls and entertainment spots as well. The bed and room was comfortable enough for us. Sadly, the wifi wasn't working when we arrived so we all had to purchase data to spend the night through, other than that, the bathroom door wasn't properly aligned so we couldnt close the door properly and had to force it shut whenever we were bathing

This hotel not suit for lady .
Look a bit scare . If I not upgrade to family room . I not think I will continue stay .

Noisy, dirty, very old deco. Forget about it, don't choose this hotel.
