Room.was very clean
Wind blowing threw the door cracks..door looked like it may have been kicked open at some point
The staff was nice
The room had bugs in it. The staff said that they someone had complained the week before but they thought they had gotten them all out. They had ordered spray but it hadn't been received yet.
Staff was wonderfully accommodating The bed was very comfortable.

The parking lot has some pot hole and uneven pavement. My car sank into one, which pulled loose the skidplate under my car.
The assistant manager page was so helpful and friendly. Even though she was busy, she was happy to help me with the lock issue on the room door. Her attitude is great!

Paige was excellent worker
The location is great, on the way from Bay Area to LA. It was fairly cheap, we just wanted a place to stay for the night, so had no high expectations. I stayed in worse motels in my life and paid much more for those.
The whole vibe is a bit strange, but it's a highway motel, with many truck drivers etc. just staying there for a night. The room was okayish, the mattress was horrible to be honest, also lots of noise from the freeway so earplugs are a must.. No shampoo in the bathroom, which needs renovation (the rest of furniture was new-ish)
