Tranquilidad y comodidad...
Atención del personal responsable.
La amabilidad del personal es increíble, tr ayudan, guían, además son muy atentos. Las instalaciones están muy bien y limpias, las actividades son muy agradables. La comida muy rica, sobre todo en el restaurante la Marina, tiene unas vistas increíbles.
La comodidad de la estancia
Que todo te lo venden al doble, una carga de leña menos de 10 leños 150, la area o restaurante de snack no tienen nada de consumo qué sea realmente bueno o valga la pena, y caro aparte 5 alitas por más de 150 pesos. Y lo peor creo que es que tengan estancia para pasar la noche pero si te quedas en el hotel, no venden nada en lobby solo galletas para cenar, porque los restaurantes no venden depsues de las 5:30, entonces te exponen a salir de la reserva para ir a cenar a 20 min de ahí al pueblo, o tener que quedarte con hambre comer galletas de las que venden en lobby, porque venden maruchan pero no preparadas. El lugar es bonito, pero si lo pensaría dos veces para volver a ir o decirle a alguien que vaya, tal vez una noche ir valga la pena, más noches no lo vale a menos que lleves ya todo para comer/cenar que como comente no venden nada ahí para cenar.
I was there for a breakfast event with a group. Restaurant did not open until 9 am, and closed at 6 pm.

Upon booking a picture was shown of the room, which was to be a cabin. Upon arrival we were directed to a very basic room, on the second floor with very few amenities. No Wifi. No cup to drink from, no chair to sit on, not a piece of soap by the sink to wash hands with. This was rated as "deluxe" room. Even just a coffee pot would have brought the value up. Quite overpriced

One of the bedrooms smelled a lot like humidity, and the price per night was high for the place. Also they didn't mention in the advertisement that the cottage was in another location around the lake, and they don't facilitate a transportation to the part with activities, you basically need a car all the time if you want to do something else.
Also the advertisement said there was not anticipated payment needed and they were asking for it.
Había inexactitud en la información de los miembros del staff respecto a mi reserva con mascota, pero cuando se resolvieron, todo estuvo bien, muy tranquilo y cómodo. La salida fue un poco tardado porque demoraron en revisar la habitación y sentí que era por la mascota, aunque no tuvimos temas con su estadía :)
Excelente vista, muy tranquilo, fácil de llegar y fácil de hacer check in. No tuvimos ningún tipo de interrupción y todo el personal fue muy amable
La cama se sentía un poco desgastada y vieja, rechinaba al moverte, pero nada extremo.
Las instalaciones estan bonitas y limpias
No te explican en donde quedara la ubicación de la cabaña y eso depende del número de personas, si es donde estan los arcos o la tirolesa, preguntar antes, hay que dejar un deposito en efectivo y si no traes disponible en el momento te ponen en un apuro. Reservamos paseo en lancha llovió, nos bajaron de la lancha y no querian devolver el dinero y la tarifa booking al pagar alla no respetaron, el lugar esta muy bonito pero el servicio deja mucho que desear.

Extremely difficult to find. Very ordinary. Not good value for money at all. No coffee in the rooms. Restaurant closed at 5 and didn’t open on time. All in all, we will remember the stay for the wrong reasons.
Very clean and comfortable. Love the view.

La cabaña donde nos quedamos fue excelente en tamaño y comodidad para ir en pareja. Pueden mejorar algunas temas de mantenimiento en los baños y cocina.
El lugar es bonito. Pero las cabañas son MUY chicas. Esta todo MUY apretado. Mi familia no estuvo cómoda por el espacio. Nos quedamos en una cabaña de la sección alpina.
