Reached at night , had to climb stairs with luggage, asked for assistance did not receive any. Washroom shower area small.

We booked the hotel with breakfast included, but unfortunately, the breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection was very limited and did not really meet our expectations of a hotel breakfast.

We stayed for five days, and only on the first morning were there warm scrambled eggs and bacon available. On the following four mornings, the containers for bacon and eggs were empty, and guests were left waiting for more food.

When we asked for additional food to be prepared, we had to wait around 10–15 minutes. By that time, around ten people were also waiting, but only enough food for approximately 5–6 people was brought out.

It also felt quite uncomfortable and frustrating to have to ask for more food every single morning, especially considering that we had paid for breakfast as part of our stay. We believe that guests should not have to repeatedly ask for basic breakfast items to be replenished.

We would have gladly chosen something else, but apart from toast, cheese, ham, and small cups of yogurt, there was very little else available. Unfortunately, we did not want to eat sandwiches for breakfast five mornings in a row.

Das Badezimmer war leider nicht sauber. Für mich ein No-Go. Ausserdem sind Räume und das Hotel insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten bspw Probleme mit Zimmernachbarn, die sich darüber beschwert haben, dass wir morgens ab 5:30 Uhr zu hören waren. Kinder waren wach geworden und wir haben uns normal unterhalten. Punktabzug gibt es auch dafür, dass es vor 8 Uhr nicht mal einen Kaffe an der Bar oä gibt. Für uns daher kein weiteres Mal.

Carreretera de acceso muy estrecha, se escucha mucho ruido desde la habitacion durante la noche, no hay aire acondicionado. El desayuno, muy poca variedad y de una calidad muy basica, el personal responsable del servicio de desayuno poco atento, cuando llegamos a la sala para tomar el desayuno habian dos personas del hotel charlando, no nos atendieron salvo cuando pregunte por la maquina de cafe, no la hay, te lo preparan ellos, parecian hasta molestos…

Alles etwas überteuert. Sowohl das Hotel als auch das Restaurant waren OK aber nicht hervorragend oder besonders. Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen aber der Preis war für die Leistung einfach zu hoch.

- Ενώ επιλέξαμε την επιλογή να μην προχρεωθει η κάρτα μας, λίγες μέρες πριν την έναρξη της κράτησης η κάρτα χρεώθηκε. Σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις έπιμενουμε να πληρώνουμε στο τέλος της κράτησης με το check out. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση δεν έγινε.

Σε ερώτηση μου στο κατάλυμα κατά το check out γιατί έγινε πληρωμή του ποσού πριν να αφήσουμε το δωμάτιο , η απάντηση ήταν " I dont know"

- Παλιό ξενοδοχείο και αντίστοιχα παλιό δωματίο. Η πόρτα δε λειτουργούσε (δεν άνοιγε) κατά την άφιξη και έπρεπε να την φτιάξουν επιτόπου. Το μπάνιο ήταν μικρό και η πόρτα χαλασμένη (δεν έκλεινε). Η τηλεόραση δεν άνοιγε και έπρεπε να φωνάξουμε τη ρεσεψιόν για να την φτιάξει.

- Στο γεύμα στο εστιατόριο χρεωθηκαμε κουβερ όλα τα άτομα της οικογένειας (μαζί με τα δύο μωρά μας κάτω των 3) ενώ είμαστε ένοικοι του ξενοδοχείου

- Ο κλιματισμός ήταν ανεπαρκής για την τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου, δίπλα στη λίμνη με ιδιαίτερα υψηλή υγρασία

- Δεν υπάρχει καμία αναφορά για την ιδιαιτερότητα της τοποθεσίας ( Στενή δρόμοι όπου σχεδόν δε χωράει δεύτερο αυτοκίνητο)

- Σε δωμάτιο με τέσσερα άτομα και δύο μωρά υπήρχε ένα (1) χαρτί τουαλέτας.
