Vistas agradables
Pros:

Hotel pequeño pero con mucho encanto, las vistas desde el balcón al lago un privilegio. El desayuno correcto dulce y salado.

De ontvangst was best goed, We stopten voor het Hotel, een dame kwam direct naar ons en begreep dat wij een parkeer plaats zochten... Wel die was voorbehouden en prompt verwijderde zij een paaltje en maakte zo een gereserveerde parkeer plek vrij voor ons! De kamer was ruim en had een goed uitzicht op het prachtige Como meer!

Cons:

Het restaurant was de grote tegenvaller.... de steak was koud en smaakloos.

Bella la posizione e la camera ( purtroppo senza aria condizionata)

Cons:

La mancanza di aria condizionata ha provocato molto disagio. Inoltre il trattamento al ristorante: ci è stato chiesto il numero della camera (millantando un trattamento di pensione completa) ma poi ci è stato applicato un trattamento economico come se fossimo clienti esterni qualunque, rifilandoci ad un prezzo piuttosto elevato solo avanzi del giorno prima (che era Ferragosto)

Views are nice. Room is spacious.

Cons:

Rooms lack any sort of sound insulation.
After 12hrs of drive, reception almost denied of our booking which ultimately got clarified and sorted but it was a very stressing welcome.

Das Hotel liegt nah am See, wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse und Blick auf den See. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich ein Strandbad. Das Restaurant im Hotel bietet Mittagstisch sowie Abendessen an. Wir haben nur das Abendessen genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Die öffentliche Badestelle neben dem Bootsanleger ist wirklich sehr klein. Die Straße von Como nach Faggeto Lario sowie die Abfahrt nach Riva sind sehr eng.

Stunning views
Pros:

The views, the location all stunning and very beautiful. Good selection of food for Breakfast
Google TV able to connect own Netflix when we reset the TV to english and reconnected to their Internet. Basic room with Kettle & Fridge. Doors open onto the Lake room number 5

Cons:

There is nothing around that was open for the time we were there, so unless you have a car you are stuck, not a local little shop. The restaurant attached to the hotel for dinner the waiter was rather rude, lots of face pulling when we asked questions about the menu. Very limited choices and then when we choose something they didn't have it. Even though the restaurant had hust open for dinner service. Not a great experience at all.
