The room was big, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was abundant.
We couldn’t move the room thermostat. The hotel has it set to hi no lower than 22 Cel.
Also, the young woman at reception was very short with us and did not make us feel welcome. It was a big turnoff when we arrived until we got settled. We had to keep going back to her to ask questions since she didn’t provide the information to us at check in.
We had to ask for extra toilet paper and shampoo. They weren’t refilled by housekeeping even though we were low on supply.
Room was big and convenient with a nice balcony and great view, the staff is professional
The hotel need a refresh and is more a 3 stars than a 4 stars; the breakfast is poor quality
The Sercotel Calle Mayor is a great hotel in a very accessible location in Logrono. The staff are incredibly helpful, from Reception, through to Housekeeping. Everyone was very concerned and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable!

Bed size supposed to be a double was very small. Curtains did not close. Night emergency light to bright and bed directed directly towards.

Good location. Really lovely staff. Plenty hot water and working AC. Blackout blinds.
No space for clothes storage or to put suitcases. Lighting very harsh and not a good space to relax in.

Por la noche se oye mucho ruido, de la gente q va por la calle de borrachera, gritos , cánticos y demás. Es muy céntrico y ese es el inconveniente
Great location comfortable and quiet
The staff were very lovely and the hotel was located conveniently close to Calle Laurel for the tapas and the River Ebo for the nature. Also convenient to grab taxis to the wineries and train station for a day trip to Haro.
Had to ask to have the air conditioner turned on. Not done automatically. Didn’t know this and found the room very warm the first night.
