Excellent as always breakfast on the terrace was superb.
Pros:

Love Cooden beach and the hotel is great, food and rooms excellent.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the price of a pint of lime & soda is £4.50 which is very very steep!!!
Nearly the same price as in the London O2 arena!

This is not value for money compared with £6.00 for a pint of Longman which was excellent.

Please review your price structure.

Ok, shame about the music from the party.
Pros:

Nice hotel although very small room for the price .

Cons:

There was a Birthday party going on downstairs and the music/ bass was booming through the hotel until 23:30 so it wasn’t a relaxing stay .

Pros:

The location on the beach was amazing. The cafe has fantastic unobstructed sea view.
The hotel and my room was spotless. It was so clean that I walked into a shower screen thinking there was no screen. Thank you Sally x

Overnight stay beside the sea in good hotel.
Pros:

Lovely beachside location

Cons:

We stayed the night they hosted a function (59th party) our room which had a lively outlook terrace etc was right outside the function room which meant it was v noisy as people went in and out to smoke etc. I asked what time it would finish as I thought 11 would be acceptable however was told they had the room until midnight. Fortunately I was able to negotiate a room swap. This meant we had to go smaller but at least quieter. So just a warning if they’re holding functions- some rooms it will be very noisy- particularly in summer when windows etc would be open!

Great location.
Pros:

Location great. Breakfast had a very good range and was enjoyable. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

The room was ok except for the fact that the windows opened out onto the air conditioning units, very noisy, so couldn't open them, and the fan in the bathroom came on as soon as one entered and ran for a long time. Only in the morning did I locate the on/off switch which was in the roof- very strange.
Took a long time to get a seat at breakfast as had to be logged in and they were short staffed so down to 1 lady, which should have been sorted quickly at prime breakfast time. But she was nice.
Quite expensive for a fairly basic room; assume prices are due to location and cost of renovation.
