良くなかったというわけではないですが、利用していない本来あるはずの部屋の中のハンガーが無かったみたいで、帰り際待つ時間が必要になりました。(獲った獲られたなどの問題があるからだと思います)大きな問題がなくてよかったんですがドキドキしました。

Staff were rude, asked for a fork one night to eat food we had ordered and was just told “no kitchen is closed you should eat from the buffet at open times”
I would’ve starved before i ate food from that hotel .
We booked 5 nights but stayed 1 and had to leave as it was absolutely vile
I can only say that I wish my mobile phone took better photographs than it does! The pictures I have attached do not do justice to how dirty our room was upon arrival at this hotel. We didn't even unpack. It was late evening when we arrived after 17 hours of travel so didnt notice very much. Had we got there earlier, we would have checked out immediately and not the following morning, which we did. The 2 stars I have given are for the polite staff we encountered and nothing more. We were allocated room 161. The brown curtains are full of holes. The bath has lost some enamel and is rusting. There were toothpaste splashes and dust all over the vanity sink and all light fittings. Cobwebs hung from the ceilings. Beneath the bed and around the edges of the floors were filthy with dust, dirt and other peoples hair in both the bedroom and bathroom. I got up to use the bathroom in the night to be greeted by several millipedes running around the bathroom! It would be funny if I wasn't so unhappy with the lack of cleanliness.
We didn't expect luxury, we expected a clean environment. We have travelled extensively over the last 40 years, from Central America to North Africa, from Norway to the Middle East and this is, unfortunately, one hotel I would not recommend based upon our experience. I notice many people have put good reviews on here. I can only assume their rooms were by far, much, much cleaner and better maintained than ours!
When we asked to check out, we were offered a transfer to their sister hotel but we had already booked elsewhere online. We were asked to sign a disclaimer type statement basically saying that we were leaving through no fault of the hotel. We were told "no refunds" but we didn't request any. We were just desperate to leave. Sorry Rani Hotel: staff very nice but room just too dirty!
The staff were amazing, the breakfast was good, and it is situated in an area which is easy to get to a lot of things.
My big complaint was lack of cleanliness in the room. The bathroom had black mould in a number of places, there were stains on the walls and very dirty skirting boards. It needed a top to bottom clean with bottom with disinfectant and good cleaning products. Black mould is a no, no. I told them to give me the cleaning products and I would give it a good clean but they would not do that. Even after it was cleaned again, I took a toothbrush and cleaner and was able to remove more of the stains and mould.
The room was large and the pool amazing!
The eggs at breakfast were always raw, whether it was poached, fried or boiled we just couldn’t get the eggs right. All the other food was incredible!
The price, the staff were amazing

Breakfast was the best , plenty of choice's and I liked bacon and scrambled egg and which wasn't at the buffay the staff were happy to make it for me
For me and my wife we couldn't ask for anything else it was great value and the best service from your staff we were there for 14 days and out of every thing we did , leaving your staff was the hardest

The bed and pillows were firmer and less comfortable than expected. It would be helpful if softer bedding options or pillow could be offered to enhance guest comfort
