I have booked 3 rooms for my family. One of the room that we got when my family member entered the door was already opened and we notice in the toilet the pipe for the sink was missing . So we had to walk back to the lobby to inform them and change our room. The other room the bidet was not working. My room the pillow covers and the towels had blood stains. There’s a lot of mosquitos outside the room and also comes inside the room we got bitten a lot. All the rooms and toilet was not cleaned properly daily. The breakfast is bad. We went early morning around 7.30am when the food finishes they do not top up we had to request to the staff. The egg station staff always hides behind a room we had to always find for her. The hotel is very small and the pictures don’t look like the same as actual. All the facilities inside the rooms is quite old. The sink pipe when open they have sounds like it is going to break.

Convenient, value for money, clean and comfy with beautiful friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Value for money, close to airport for convenience and all staff were so friendly and helpful. It was exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Even had some little shopping just opposite.
