Pros:

They originally had me booked on the third floor but seeing my limited mobility and no lift they moved me to the first floor. A larger room for a few more euros.

Cons:

Initial impressions when first arriving seeing the hotel squashed into an alley way entrance gives bad vibes. But I changed my mind after staying first night. Only disadvantage was length of the bed doesn't allow for average European heights. But I had a wide enough bed to sleep diagonally.

Un bon rapport qualité prix pour la capitale.
Pros:

Son emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville et son calme malgré tout.
Une réceptionniste parle français et peut aider à la réservation des taxis ou bus.

Cons:

Pas de douche, uniquement une baignoire dans notre chambre. Évacuation sommaire de l'eau de la baignoire.

Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Besonders On die mir bei jeder Angelegenheit helfen konnte. Tolle Lage und entspannte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Ausstattung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es ist noch annehmbar, besonders zu diesem Preis.

Pros:

Staf was very helpful and friendly, location is very good, tge room is small and doesnt has a view, there is no elevator only stairs and no bill man to carry your luggage to upstairs, you have to carry it by your self even its very heavy

Pros:

Even though the hotel is located on Beer Street, it's not noisy and there are many things to see around...marts, local restaurants, massage shops, and it's also great for going to Hoan Kiem Lake, so the location is great!

Cons:

It's a bit disappointing that there's no elevator. Lower floors are fine, but higher floors might be difficult for some people!
