Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

Wonderful staff, quick and friendly! Great location in Ogden. Comfortable room and bed. I had everything I needed here.

Cons:

Room cleaning was a bit late every day.

We won’t be back. We love your Home2 Suites and stay in them all over the country when we travel.
Pros:

There was sign in at the front desk that read starting May 1st ( which is the day we checked in) that breakfast was served from 7:00 to 11:00. I didn’t see it at first so I asked and the girl said “ 7:00 to 11:00. When I came down for breakfast at 10:30 it was all closed up. The girl at the desk said I could still go and sit in the cafe and they would serve me. I didn’t think I would be charged since breakfast is free. But I was. I paid but I wasn’t happy about the mix up.

Cons:

The a/c didn’t work well in the room. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Just overall disappointed!

Bed was too hard and pillows were uncomfortable. The light that surrounds the light switch was annoying.

I didn't have a break fast because I left very early

Cons:

I didn't like the security deposit system, the money was given for deposit, but i haven't not getting my 50 dollars deposit back.

Great stay in Ogden!
Pros:

Great location for a visit to Ogden. Close to shopping and activities. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were nice. We had breakfast in the restaurant and everything was great.

Bed size was inaccurate
Pros:

It was fine. A typical hotel experience

Cons:

We booked a double queen, but the beds were a width of 54 inches, which is full size, not queen. If I had known they were full size beds, I would not have booked the room
