Ubicación y el personal muy amable
Mucho ruido en la calle pero eso no es culpa del hotel
Very nice stay clean walkable to main plaza
Perfect location! Literally steps from the square. We had the nicest room….was called the library. Lots of space and super comfortable.
The name, some shelfs and old books that were used as decor.
Nothing, very bad odor, rooms were very old, walls were peeling off, no windows, no ventilation.
We did not stay here and they reimbursed us.
It was our first trip to Morelia and from the moment we walked in, we were treated in a very friendly manner. The site is in a perfect location with just steps from the Cathedral and so many places to visit. Fernanda (Fer) was such a wonderful receptionist. We stayed two nights and every day she helped us navigate our trip and even helped us by printing guides and maps for us. The view from our balcony was great and the top was also spectacular. We will definitely be coming back here on our next visits.
Staff very friendly and helpful very clean and comfortable
En lo general es un hotel comodo sin lujos, Austero pero se descansa agusto
This place is very well located and the colonial building is lovely.
....but on the weekends the noise coming from the clubs around it is just insane as well as they don't have a garage if you are driving.
My stay was wonder super close to the central. Staffing was super nice and helpful. The room was small and cozy for my daughter and I it was prefect.
No me dieron agua de cortesía en la habitación como en todos los demás hoteles
!!!!!exelente!!!!
Very accommodating with pets. Excellent staff, great location clean and comfortable place to stay. We have stayed here three times now and look forward to our return.
No hay estacionamiento
Nothing
Hotel mediocre and expensive. The room had an unpleasant stale odor. It was very warm-no AC, only a noisy fan that did not cool the room. No curtains on the glass door, so the room was lit all night by the stair’s lights. The white towels were stained. No washcloth, bathmat, or Kleenex. Foul odor in the bathroom. We booked 2 nights and had to cancel one because of a health issue. Cancellation was approved by Booking.com but hotel refused to accept it and charged 2 nights. They gave no consideration to the situation or to the friend who was travelling with me, a client of long date. As we checked out, the receptionist, who we think was the manager, ignored us. She did not say a word or even glanced at us. The worse hotel I stayed ever. The only positive comment I have is for its good location—however there is no parking which is an issue.
Way to old
A very pleasant stay. The place is very central, plenty of restaurants, bats and sights very close by. The staff is very nice and helpful. The roof terrace gives you a great view, the whole set up is a little outdated up there. Inside is has a flair of castle in pointnof view of the hardware like walls, stairways, metall work, doors and so on. The beds I found very confy.
The only thing I was not too happy about is that a lot of rooms have no windows. That of course has negative influence on the air circulation. On the other hand the very high ceilings helped to not feell clastrophobic.
