Great location, very comfy beds, easy access- we will book here again.
Pros:

Loved the location and the undercover car parking the layout and the balcony overlooking the river were great. It was also so close to the parklands and riverwalk which was great to get out and stretch the legs.

Cons:

The sliding doors needed to be fixed as they don’t glide anymore.

Would be good to have a 3 seater recliner couch and single recliner in the lounge room rather than the minimalist chairs - which were uncomfortable.

During the night 2:45am - the fire alarm went off for no apparent reason - which is a shame cos we were both fast asleep :(

Then it turned itself off just before I found the broom to hit the reset button.

Location is great, the Riverway and river are lovely but it is not set up for a family stay, though.
Pros:

The location near the Riverway is excellent for a family. The view of the river is also lovely.

Cons:

The furniture was totally inadequate given the size of the unit, the couch was an uncomfortable two seater and there were no floor coverings so the children had nowhere to sit comfortably. There is plenty of room for a desk or a second table but there is only one glass top table and lots and lots of empty space including a big empty patio at the front. It felt a bit dismal.

The size,location and price was good but it could have been cleaner
Pros:

The unit size was good for 4 adults. The balcony and views were great.

Cons:

The carpets needed a good clean as did the bedhead and the bedroom drawer which had some kind of nuts in it from a previous guest.

Pros:

Cafe, location, view was all beautiful. Open space and beds we comfy

Cons:

Another couch would’ve been nice, 1 two seater just isn’t enough to relax, especially for 2x people. Yes there’s 2 other single chairs, but they’re more like an office chair, they aren’t made for lounging or relaxing…
Petty, but the skirting boards and blinds were filthy with dust, hard to not notice either.

Pros:

Our "go to" place for Townsville. Independently owned units so the standard can vary slightly but by and large we are very satisfied with our choice. Pleasant river view thru the trees. Easy undercover parking.

Pros:

The location was fantastic. The nearby pool, beautiful walking path by the river & proximity to a large shopping centre was excellent.

Cons:

You really need a car or have to rely on Ubers to get anywhere. The bus stop was a fair way away.
