Room and bathroom were large.
This is a Benikea franchise hotel. It is not listed on the Booking.com website. If I had seen that it was Benikea, I would not have made the reservation. The beds at all Benikea hotels are so hard that it is almost like sleeping on the floor. Once I tried saw it was a Benikea-owned hotel, I wanted to cancel, but thought maybe a Seoul location would be better than the other Benikea locations I’ve stayed at. It wasn’t. The beds here are rock hard, too. I immediately canceled my stay 20 minutes after check in, but the hotel refused to give a refund. If you want a comfortable bed, do not stay at this hotel. You’d be better off sleeping on the ground.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The lift and corridor smells damp and cigarette smells. The room is extremely old and dated and the worse is the bed. It’s so hard it’s like sleeping on a cardboard box. So bad I had to book a separate hotel and forfeit it remaining paid days in this hotel.

1週間も泊まるし不安だったけど最後はここで良かったと思えました。
また韓国旅行に行くならここに泊まりたいです
ヨクサム駅近いし少し歩けばカンナム行ける。
近くに美味しそうなご飯屋さんが沢山ありました。
毎日掃除してくれるしおばちゃんかわいいし
フロントスタッフさんも気が利く人でした。
到着時、フロントに誰もいませんでした、かなり待ちましたが来ませんでした、困ったので宿泊していた人に聞きましたらキーが箱の中にあるので使うようにとのことでした、やっと部屋に入ることが出来ました。
The staff at the front desk and the cleaning team were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The location is ideal, situated close to the subway, bus stop, and mini market.
The bed is somewhat uncomfortable because it is hard.

it was a very mediocre hotel, no huge issues, it was very spacious which was nice. stiff beds but close to the yeoksam station
