I'd definitely book this place again if needed.
Pros:

Location was excellent, as my stay was for the purpose of a surgical procedure at the PA hospital as I'm from the Darling Downs.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like. The room was comfortable, and had everything needed.

Pros:

Good location, close to amenities and public transport

Cons:

Thin walls meant plenty of ambient noise from neighbours
Blinds were positioned so neighbours could directly look into bedroom
Neighbours in area (outside of studios) were unpleasant
Some fixtures needed repairing (bathroom towel rails)

We chose to stay at Brisbane Street Studios based on the great reviews on your portal, particularly around cleanliness and being pest-free. Unfortunately, we’re really disappointed with the current state of the room. It hasn’t been cleaned properly – the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed, there’s dust throughout, and the kitchen sink bench had a dried dirt. We spent last night cleaning it ourselves, which isn’t what we expected or paid for, especially while on holiday. The Owner of the hotel very helpless with this situation.

A good place and location.
Pros:

The room was clean and the size is just enough for us.

Cons:

The location is near the road. But we had a sleepless night because of those cars passing by though earplugs were provided yet we can still feel how busy the road was. When we were about to make coffee, we were not happy seeing those coffee cups with so much stains.

Lovely place to stay...
Pros:

I was sorry that I didn't get to meet anyone and I ran in and ran out...but what I would love to say is what a lovely little clean, neat and tidy place to stay..

Cons:

We only cam in late and left early in the morning ....so I didn't really get a chance to have a good look around..
