It was a perfect location not too far out of central Brisbane and transport was easy by Bus or Train
Pros:

We had Woolworths,K-Mart, Maccas all within a 5min walking distance, plus a growers market and a Variety Market of stalls across the road that also had a cafe.

Cons:

Being on the corner of Ipswich and Brisbane Streets , because of the traffic. We got used to it.

Great location, great staff! If I ever need to be around that area again, will definitely stay here!
Pros:

Perfect location to be attending the PA Hospital with the basic facilities you need for a great price. Kathleen and Tim were absolutely lovely and accommodating with my last minute reservation. They made a tough time a lot less stressful.

Perfect place for accommodation should you have someone at the PA HOSPITAL
Pros:

My daughter had huge surgery at the PA hospital, this wonderful place was 400 meters from the hospital. I could come and go when ever I needed to. The unit is clean and has all you need, there is a small shopping centre across the road that has what you need.

Pros:

Lovely staff and location

Cons:

TV didnt work ( advised staff), hair dryer stopped working (advised staff) and the neighbouring unit decided to start partying all night and was very loud - also left their trash everywhere (staff advised).
Overall a great stay.
If you are a light sleeper i wouldn't recommend due to being so close to the hospitals.

Good facilities, but extremely noisy
Pros:

Liked the ease of getting to bus stop and shops, that were across the road.
Enough space and kitchen area was good.

Cons:

The location was the big downfall. Extremely noisy on corner of a busy street. Even had ear plugs in bedside tables.
