Location was good.

Cons:

Safe didn't work. Asked for it to be fixed. 2 days and nothing done.
Shower was very weak - just a trickle of water.
We are international travellers. Submitted a Visa card which the machines did not accept. For a large hotel, this was disappointing. It was fortunate for us that we had enough cash to cover the cost.

Amazing location
Pros:

Location is excellent and staff very accommodating! Rooms are spacious too.

Cons:

Showers weren't very usable, fitting a hand shower would be useful and adjustable temperature.

Convenient location, good value and good service.
Pros:

The room was spacious. The bathroom was nice. The shower was very nice. Good water supply and pressure. The breakfast was very good. The wait staff were very attentive and met your requests quickly. Conveniently located adjacent to MG Road.

Excellent location in Pune, adequate for short term stay, but not for those with mobility issues
Pros:

It is very conveniently located in the centre of where we wanted to be in Pune. The Camp area.
It is basic - but that is absolutely no fault of the hotel as it does not claim to be a 5 star hotel.
Family member insisted on staying at a value for money/budget hotel for the short stay and this hotel is fit for purpose.
A clean (not very comfy) bed, clean bathroom and a safe in the room. Adequate for 1-2 nights max stay.
The hotel entrance allows cabs/cars to come off the street up to the doors which is very useful.

Cons:

The most harrowing thing was that we were travelling with a parent who needs a walker and the restaurant is situated on the first floor, with no direct lifts. There are stairs, some with no railings!
If the person requiring assistance cannot scale a wall like spiderman then this will be a very challenging task to get to breakfast or the restaurant. The staff do assist but it all gets very challenging all round.

They really should make a bold statement on the booking page that this hotel is absolutely not for those with mobility issues. So, if anyone needs greater assistance with walking or stairs then this is definitely not the place to go to.
