Aurora tower review
Pros:

The rooms are big, accessible and in a good location.

Cons:

The night front desk shouldnt be in hospitality. Never smiles, makes eye contact and never speaks unless spoken to. Not pleasant for a guest to first time meet someone at the hotel.
The house keeping people are probably the worst of the lot. Constantly had to keep asking for basic toiletries and towels as we had a child. One night, I had to ask for toiletries 4 times and no one came and when asked for an extra towel, the house keeping over the phone refused as we were only 2 people in the room. Felt like we had to beg for basic necessities

Pathetic stay - save yourself and your money.
Pros:

Only the housekeeping staff was polite. Nothing I enjoyed.

Cons:

Everything, you name this, and I did not enjoy even a single night. Initially, they gave me a corner out of sight room, which was a bit uncomfortable, and I felt I am stuck somewhere I did not want to stay.
Later, I requested them and then the lady at the reception, I am sorry to say she do not have a basic sense to even communicate with the customers. The language was so rude, the food was so bad, no breakfast spread was nice ,no options, every single thing I regret, I am so sad I wasted my money for a rest in this cheap property.
I recommend everyone to please do not stay at this property.
I wish I had my refund.
And please teach your front desk some hospitality, at least the lady,
The funny thing was when she said you could not take the water bottles today because you are checking out, hahhaha.

The food I ordered, me and my daughter, literally had loose motions after that.
Save yourself and your money, please

Very centrally located. Clean big rooms and very good service.
Pros:

very good breakfast. Very clean and big rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service food was excellent. View from the upper storey room was very good, especially during monsoons.

Cons:

Bathrooms a bit dated. Needed more soap/shampoos and handwashes.

شكرا لكم والشكر الجزيل للمدير الذي يعمل الشيك اوت محترم جددددا وخدوم
Pros:

المكان بسنتر بونه وقريب على الأسواق والمطاعم ، يوجد بالقرب منه مول صغير والمطعم الإيراني ، وكذلك اشهر واحد يبيع شاورما في بونه ، أنا لم أتذوقه لاكن البعض قالوا عليه مميز والله اعلم.
أنا جربت وجبت الفطور كانت لابأس لاكن الموظفين بشكل عام يريد لهم لغه إنجليزيه اكثر.
