Me gustó la variedad de restaurantes que tenía el hotel, la decoración del hotel, y el desayuno de la mesa sueca también estaba variado

Muchas restricciones en la piscina, muchos niños corriendo y hay muy poco espacio se tiran al agua y salpica todo. Los cócteles en la piscina estaban regular..

Pros:

El hotel y las instalaciones estan bien bonitas y con buen mantenimiento. Me hospede 5 días pero tuve un muy mal momento..el último dia de hospedaje rozaron mi auto en sus instalaciones y al momento del check out no hubo quien se haga responsable se pasaron la responsabilidad de uno a otro hasta llegar al administrador o gerente un señor español con una actitud muy desagradable muy prepotente muy grosero y al final nadie se hizo responsable del daño de mi auto. Asi que como experiencia tener muchísimo cuidado con cualquiera inconveniente que puedas tener en ese hotel ya que no se harán responsables.

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left, and we felt very well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable and fully met our expectations. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities and a location that worked very well for us. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
