Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Die Lage war gut.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl und gute Qualität.
Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, mit einem großen Badezimmer.
Im Hotelrestaurant und im Einkaufszentrum nebenan, das mit dem Hotel verbunden ist, kann man ebenfalls gut essen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mit kleineren Renovierungen wäre es auf einem ganz anderen Niveau.
Die Sauberkeit lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig (insbesondere der Boden). Zum Glück waren Bett und Badezimmer sauber.

Pros:

Es un hotel muy bonito y moderno, tiene una muy buena ubicación, está en una zona tranquila. El desayuno es excelente, con muchísimas opciones para elegir. El personal del hotel es amable en general.
La zona de la piscina es muy bonita y agradable y con una vista espectacular. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que tenía un olor muy fuerte a humedad, llamamos a la recepción y nos hicieron el cambio, pero nos dieron una habitación para personas con movilidad reducida, el problema fue que la ducha tenía el desagüe obstruido y como no tenía puerta, el baño se inundaba siempre, entonces había que llenar el piso de toallas porque el piso mojado quedaba peligrosísimo, el agua alcanzaba a salirse por la habitación. Además de esto, había otra fuga de agua en el sanitario, y por ese lado también se inundaba el piso, llamamos varias veces para que atendieran el daño y nunca llegó el arreglo.

Gutes Frühstück mit frischen Früchten.

Cons:

Da das Hotel sehr gut belegt war, kam es oft zu längerern Wartezeiten beim Lift. In den 34. Stock geht msn nicht mal schnell zu Fuss hoch.

I highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

The room is very comfortable and the shower is perfect. The staff is very friendly. They keep replacing the amenities, including water, every day, which was wonderful. All the surrounding of the hotel is nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were there during the Juegos de la Juventud. We were literally inside the Olympic villa. It was difficult, the breakfast was changed for everybody including guests. No option of different food. And there were people up and down the elevators all the time, very busy.

Hotel cómodo, desayunos deliciosos y variados y muy buena ubicación.

Habitaciones espaciosas, el hotel es estéticamente bonito. Tiene cuartos de hielo muy apropiados para el calor.

Cons:

Mi baño tenía un mal olor que le salía de repente y las bombillas del baño no funcionaban correctamente.
