The hotel is in an excellent location and close to amenities that you would need. It’s a two min walk to the beach. It was clean, and accessible. Having access to the pool was great. The morning buffet is wonderful. So many options. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Things that could be improved: I have never had to pay for a safe in my room before and I have travelled around the world. This should be standard. Also, paying for clean pool towels is silly, this should also be complimentary.

Pros:

This property was convenient to the airport for my one night stay. Dennis at the front desk upgraded me and helped me when I had questions. Breakfast was excellent and staff took care of my luggage when i asked after check out.

I’ve been to this hotel twice now, once on a solo holiday and loved it so much that I rebooked to come back with a group of girlfriends.

They all loved the wide choice of food on the buffet, the cleanliness of the rooms and the swim up bar.

The staff as usual were all brilliant and very friendly.

Pool access good. Plenty of sun beds. Breakfast good, with excellent choice. Rooms clean and cleaned daily. Very pleasant and helpful staff all round.

I love this hotel. The value is outstanding! The pools, the spa and staff are second to none. I particularly enjoyed the hot stone massage and manicure and pedicure. Geralyn was wonderful! The staff was friendly from reception to the cleaning staff and of course the spa. The free breakfast was a nice touch. It was a wonderful place to unwind . The location is near restaurants, the beach and the airport. This hotel has it all!

The two customer service ladies at the front counter at check-in were very helpful and friendly. Enjoy the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well.

10 mins in a taxi from airport- 17-20euros
Very local to beach food drinks, supermarket.
Clean modern well maintained, friendly staff.
No 35 bus stop nearby to get to Palma for 2 euros
Asked for a kettle to make hot drinks
Our wedding anniversary was acknowledged with a message and bottle of cava.
