Pohodlné ubytování u nádraží, dostatek parkovacích míst. Do centra je to pěšky poměrně daleko, ale dá se využít tramvaj, která staví nedaleko hotelu.

Zwischenstop bei Geschäftsreise 1 Nacht, dafür perfekt. Lage sehr gut. Zimmer und Badezimmer genau richtig gross, Sauber. Parken direkt am Haus.

Cons:

Bei früherem Aufenthalt: Frühstück könnte besser sein.

Pros:

Per me Intercity hotel rimane una sicurezza e un rifugio ogni volta che vengo a Darmstadt. Questi giorni erano caldissimi e l'aria condizionata in camera è stata un vera salvezza. La sua posizione accanto alla stazione principale contribuisce ad alzare la votazione, almeno per me.

Cons:

L'unico appunto i cuscini praticamente inesistenti, io che sono abituato ad averli belli alti e consistenti, questi sono esattamente il contrario

Excellent hotel, staff with unpleasant attitude
Pros:

Excellent hotel, spacious and very clean room
Perfect location - next to the main train station
Air conditioning in the room, comfortable bed, excellent WiFi connection.
I enjoyed staying in that room very much

Cons:

- rooms get cleaned 1x weekly? Sorry, but that's not ok. And it has nothing to do with "being green", you're just saving money. At least leave more toilet paper IN the room.
- there is 1 young girl at the reception desk who has some attitude & likes to argue with the customers like teenagers do with their mothers - very unpleasant experience.
I will not write where she's originally from to avoid being accused of things I am not. But this is not alright, please train your younger staff properly! If they cannot get accustomed to the german way of communicating & serving clients, maybe they shouldn't be working at the reception desk.

For booking last minute, it was a great stay! Will remember this hotel should I venture in that are
Pros:

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Adequate windows and the view of the Hauptbahn Hof was nice.

Cons:

The parking situation could have been better clarified at check-in. There was parking at the front of the Hotel, however, signs should be made to alert guests that this not used for Hotel guests. The parking is behind the hotel through a car elevator.
