L'hotel è centrale, accanto alla stazione, però abbastanza distante dal centro città storico. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite, il bagno funzionale, il personale gentile. Ottimo per 1 o 2 notti in viaggio di lavoro

Cons:

A colazione il buffet si è rapidamente esaurito e per diversi minuti non abbiamo avuto nessuno disponibile a rifornirlo. Ad un certo momento c'erano almeno 10 persone in attesa. Direi che ci vuole qualcuno in più a curare questo aspetto

Mit Kleinkind angereist und bereits an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich empfangen worden. Wir mussten einchecken und bezahlen, bevor wir das Zimmer sehen konnten.

Das erste Zimmer war winzig und sehr dunkel eingerichtet, wirklich problematisch war aber nur, dass es stickig war und so stark nach Zigaretten roch. Im erbetenen Ersatzzimmer war der Rauchgeruch ebenfalls deutlich wahrnehmbar, nun jedoch zusätzlich von einem beißenden Putzmittelgeruch überdeckt. Besonders unangenehm waren die zahlreichen weißen Flecken auf dem dunklen Stoffbettkasten, die einen äußerst ungepflegten, unhygienischen Eindruck machten.

Als wir daraufhin stornieren wollten, wurde die Rückerstattung zunächst verweigert. Die Rückzahlung zu erhalten, war trotz sehr guter Unterstützung von Booking.com sehr aufwändig und wir mussten vier Tage auf die Zusage des Hotels warten.

Für vielleicht 20 € mehr pro Nacht buchten wir ein anderes Hotel und wurden dort freundlich empfangen sowie in einem sauberen, angenehmen Zimmer untergebracht. Die Entscheidung war absolut richtig.

Für den Preis ist der gebotene Service sehr schlecht.
Pros:

Frühes Frühstück ab 6:00 Uhr

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung nur alle 6 Tage. Austausch der Handtücher nur auf Anfrage und man muss sich die Tücher selber abholen.
Sehr übersichtliches und einfach gehaltenes Frühstücksbufett. Kaffeemaschinen waren teilweise defekt und erzeugten nur Dampf.

Wir würden dort wieder Buchen!
Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Frühstück ist gut und der Preis (15€) ist OK. Sehr Hundefreundlich!

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice wird erst ab der 6. Nacht durchgeführt. Für uns war das ok, aber dennoch sehr ungewöhnlich.
