Good hotel, excellent location, clean and tidy
The room is a bit small, there is no pool, the sauna and jacuzzi did not work, I recommend that guests receive breakfast included in the price

The location of this hotel turned out to be perfect - easy to get to from our river cruise boat, and just a block away from the river one way and one block from the main pedestrian zone for shopping and restaurants the other way. We could walk most places and for those few where we couldn't, the tram and metro stops were very close. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. We had joint rooms - one was a little larger than the other. Both rooms were very clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had all of the supplies we needed and the shower was so nice. We really enjoyed our stay here.
My only complaint would be that I kept getting spam messages telling me to confirm my reservation via questionable links after I booked this hotel. I had been warned by the hotel that they were aware of these spams and not to reply to any of them. Luckily, we did not have any issues, but it is a little disconcerting.

Excellent reception staff!!! Very good location close to everything and beautiful environment.

The hotel has a great location, it is very clean and the breakfast was really good, something for everyone.the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The blinds in the bathroom in one of the rooms were a bit too see through for our liking and the window overlooked the courtyard with other rooms quite close on the other side.
