Pros:

The staff was very nice. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The room with 3 queen beds was exactly what we needed.

Convenient location to Fort Drum.

Cons:

I would often arrive at late hours and could only use the main entrance even though there were separate side entrances. I think management should consider making the side entrances keyed so allow easier and faster access to the side parking lots.

Wow loved my room.
Pros:

How clean the room was and the rest of the hotel.

Cons:

It's funny, but they had no napkins after the breakfast on Saturday none even the Sunday I left.
