The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.
First, we were given a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes and the toilet flooded. Secondly, we were moved to a different room. That room smelled good however, the mattress cover had a gigantic blood stain that appeared to be fresh. There was also some sticky substance on the inside of the door that had human hair and other undesirable material in it. The bathroom lighting was very poor, there was no toilet paper, mold on the top of the shower, a dead roach stuck to the wall, I killed a roach crawling on the wall, some child drew on the walls, and there was other foreign matter stuck on the wall, the place didn't appear to be clean other than the need being made.
No idea they canceled the day of two hours before check in time.
The manager was very unkind canceled last minute without a reason
We had an upstairs room after we were given the wrong room at first
The place smelled like weed. People's dogs were barking all night. The room next to us was banging on the wall for a good portion of the night. The bed sheets didnt fit the bed properly. The blanket was so thin it was almost like another sheet. The rooms definetly need updating. Only one TV worked. The paper cups we had, one was soaking wet in the plastic. The base boards in the bathroom were coming lose and filthy.
The location and privacy
It was dirty the covers were burned and stained people were fussing loud and had no respect and the manager never came out to say anything I was disappointed
The feeling of security once inside the building. Inside but yet and still outside.
The courtyard, and the mezzanine with the ceiling fans to keep the air moving around you.
Come to Augusta every January for a gaming convention. Started staying here a few years ago because the hotel where the convention is held is too expensive and has no amenities. This hotel is great. Just up the street and allows me to cook in the room.
office hours are a little different to check in before they close
The room was clean
The place was a disaster. The room had a foul odor, furniture was old and the bed was way too soft to be comfortable
Mike was very respectful and responsive
The place was nice and clean
The side door wasn’t always working and it was hard to get inside
For what it is and how affordable the pricing was we honestly enjoyed our stay, the rooms are gated off with doors that you have to have your access key to enter. Our stay was very quiet and we felt safe. The room was clean and all the appliances worked just fine, if you are looking for a basic clean place to stay this is it. The room had all your basic furniture and appliances, couch, tables, stove, microwave, and more also had cooking pans and dishes as well as utensils.
The front desk clerk was WONDERFUL .
Everything was good .
Being 83 year old having to use a cane to walk, I felt I should have been given a room on the first floor, especially since the facility did not have an elevator. They didn't have accessible rooms also. Maybe they should have a ramp for disabled people. Fortunately for me there were some kind people staying a the hotel, who help me with my luggage
Accommodations were large and the presentation of the place’s exterior was nice, but that’s where it ends. The unit was OLD and dirty. I question the housekeeping. The toilet had a dirty ring inside the bowl before I’d even used it. The carpet was buckled with tears. There were no amenities and I spent 2 nights and never saw management. There appeared to be MANY long term residents and it was apparent to me that the ratings online were OBVIOUSLY OVER RATED. I wouldn’t go back.
We enjoyed everything while we were there!
No complaints
I love everything about Affordable Suits. You have a nice kitchen and living room. Mike P. Where I stay is a wonderful person and is always helpful.
It wasn’t what I thought it would be. The staff was amazing but the spreads where stained, couch was v
