Great location.for getting to the hotel (by taxi) and really convenient for local sites and restaurants.. faultless and friendly customer service, even serving breakfast before schedules hours..the rooms were warm (we visited in winter), and hot showers and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

We stayed in a room in a high traffic area, which was quite noisy. We could hear always hear other guests come and go.

GREAT place to stay for a weekend in Bruges.
Pros:

breakfast was excellent! location was perfect for a short walk to lots of eating/museums/shopping. easy ride by bus from the train station, too. staff were helpful and friendly. our room was better than I expected also. it is a really unique property!

Cons:

the only thing I would change is that we didn't have any shampoo or shower products in the bathrooms - just had soap by the sinks. we did not pack any because we saw "toiletries" on the listed amenities. otherwise, amazing stay!

Centralissimo in pieno centro storico,circondato da ristoranti e negozi,ma silenzioso e tranquillo.
Camera molto spaziosa,pulitissima,molto ricercata nell'arredamento e con ottima cura dei particolari.
Ambiente fine e romantico.
Ottime le colazioni, servite con puntualità e gentilezza.
Staff eccezionale, che ha saputo ben assecondare ogni nostra esigenza.
