I had a booking from 23 to 26. I checked in on 23 Nov and I paid for the 3 nights but I found the internet was slow and the room was noisy. The AC is split.
Joining the meeting was not good because of the poor internet.
I checked out after a few hours and moved to another hotel.
When I asked the reception to charge me one night and refund me the other 2 nights, they refused and asked me to contact booking.com
I contacted booking.com who called the hotel but the hotel refused to change the dates and make it for one might.
So, I paid for 3 night and stayed few hours.
They could charge me one night and consider it as if I didn't show up.

L'emplacement, la propreté.
L'hôtel aurait vraiment besoin d'une rénovation. L'équipement est assez vieux (notamment dans la salle de bain), le restaurant moyen, avec un impact global sur le confort.
Surtout, l'hôtel manque de transparence sur ses prix: après la réservation, vous recevez un message indiquant qu'il peut y avoir une "petite" différence en raison de l'obligation de l'hôtel de facturer en monnaie locale et du taux de change utilisé par les hôtels au Mozambique. Sauf que cette différence est plutôt de l'ordre de 15%, très significatif surtout sur un séjour de plusieurs jours. L'hôtel aurait intérêt à exercer plus de transparence sur ses tarifs qui sont déjà exorbitants au vu de la qualité des installations et du service.
