Okay but definitely not great.
Pros:

breakfast was good, decaf coffee was cold and emptied on first cup. Maybe more variety of coffee creamers would be nice.

Cons:

When we arrived, check in clerk was friendly and helpful. We told her we were headed to return rental car and she gave us instructions on how to order shuttle. When we called for shuttle, time to arrive was 15 minutes. 38 minutes later, standing in 37 degree weather, we were more than upset. When husband first called, after explaining our dilemma the phone mysteriously hung up. Second time, she explained the driver was on break. We were so tired and hungry it left a bad taste.

Close to airport. Shuttle service was great.

Cons:

Asked for a view towards airport. Got top floor looking at other rooms toward hotel. Skyrail blocks all views.
