Great hotel, poor logistical planning for getting guests to the airport.
Pros:

Friendly staff, very nice room. Good breakfast.

Cons:

There was only one airport van and a very large group of people. If our plane had not been delayed, we might have missed it, even though we had allowed sufficient travel time. We heard that a very large group was leaving in the morning. The need for at least one additional van should have been anticipated. Your location adjacent to the airport is why guests book with you. Transportation to and from is a critical element of your service. I resorted to calling and paying for a LYFT which arrived in 3 minutes and got us to the terminal in 15 minutes.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Very comfortable public area exceptional snack selection. I actually had my dinner from there. Liked the shower products so well I ordered some for home. Great breakfast too

Near airport with shuttle service!
Pros:

Airport shuttle, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Internet didn't work and front desk just gave us a tech support number instead of fixing the problem themselves for us. The TV didn't turn off with the remote, had to unplug it.

Breakfast area and tables were a mess with sticky table, used coffee cups left by coffee machines, dried waffle batter all over the counter.

Mostly very pleased and will certainly be back. The secure garage is a big plus.

Remodeled rooms are attractive and have the right amenities

Cons:

One elevator was out of service for at least 10 days and the service elevator was a little beat up with broken floor tiles and scratched siding

Rude staff, meh lobby and breakfast
Pros:

Convenient and reasonably priced. Rooms are good and do the job. The Marriott Aloft next door has a nice bar and lobby though and 10% discount for Hampton guests.

Cons:

Rude staff, woman named Cameron answered when you call for shuttle if you aren’t yet “standing exactly at pickup” even if you’re walking there and will nether in 5m they hang up on you. Once you are, they the. Tell you to wait 15m. An uber was 5m wait. Wasted. Breakfast quality was edible but pitiful. Lobby dated and in a bit of disrepair.
