pitiful
Cons:

Shuttle service was pitiful. Paid $100 to leave my car there while i was out of town; and upon return, shuttle took 45 minutes after our call and it was 60 minutes total to retrieve our car. Website does not post pickup shuttle phone number - only reservation number. AI operator said they could not help but texted another number to call. Responder made us move to another pickup location even though an earlier Hampton shuttle came to where we were standing. That shuttle came by but refused to pick us up. Pretty sorry service for a customer group that wants to leave their car. 25 year Honors member that was embarrassed by the treatment

Nice hotel when at SEATAC.
Pros:

Welcome comfort after long day of flights. Easy shuttle pickup at airport. Short drive. Fast check in. Friendly staff. Spacious room with comfortable King sized bed. Very good breakfast and fast check out.

Highly recommended hotel right by the airport!!!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, nice, and extremely helpful! We had no issues at all for our stay. The breakfast was great too! Extended hours and a good variety. Wonderful stay!
