Good location for traveling through the area
Pros:

Location off Hwy 1 was convenient for our one night stay. The mountain views were lovely from the back side of the property. Complimentary breakfast wasn’t fancy but nice to have. Staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The fitness center was small and dated. It didn’t have mats or weights.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Rooms were very nice and clean. They had smart tvs so we were able to stream good shows. Sauna, hot tub and pool were awesome. 10/10

A great experience with friendly staffs and all inclusive facility
Pros:

View was great. Room was clean - a bit outdated. Breakfast was good. Items were replenished quickly. The coffee bar was well stocked, even with juices. However, could have more bakery items.

Cons:

The price was really high. It could be due to ski season with fresh snow and moderately warm climate but with so many hotels available in Golden, the high price cannot be justified.

Cons:

No kettle, noisy ventilation, noisy between rooms, awkward access to upstairs rooms. Heavy chlorine smell in the rooms. Very average breakfast.

Convenient to Kicking Horse. Rate included breakfast. Room was reasonably comfortable with good toiletries. We were able to get 2 rooms adjacent to each other, which was very convenient for us. Nice to have a hot tub!

Cons:

Bathtub did not drain well and it took a long time to get lukewarm water in the evening. We were only there one night, so there was not time to have the problem addressed. Breakfast was ample, but the eggs were overcooked, and variety was limited. Pancake maker did not work; only one toaster was available, so it was a long wait to be able to make toast. Would also have been nice to have trail maps from Kicking Horse available in the lobby.
