Pillows were soft. Bed was middle of the road. Room size was alright. Breakfast was mediocre.

Cons:

Pool has not been maintained. Was pretty gross. Would be good if it was clean and jets in hot tub worked. The shower in the room didnt work, and the a/c unit wouldn't shut off.

Comfortable but not clean
Pros:

Beautiful location, great staff, excellent pizza place next door, nice rooms when clean!

Cons:

The walls were covered in dust and stains from various liquids. The iron board had an old, stretched out, stained cover on it, the heater was full of dust, broken, and smelled odd when I turned it on. I had just paid $150 a night in Kelowna for a full house. I paid $134 for this room. For what you get, they charge a little too much. But if you need a place to crash for the night that's comfortable, it's alright.

Pros:

Comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff. There is a fitness room and swimming pool on site with towels from reception. Asked for a couple of things and staff were very attentive.

Cons:

No tea bags in the room and no kettle. Plug in bath not working although we were offered an alternative room - but we could not face the upheaval of moving all our stuff. At least they offered. A long way from town. Not the motel's fault but there were very busy people outside talking loudly and banging doors til 12.45am. Not happy!

Great value for a great room with kitchen. View is a plus. Would stay there again.
Pros:

The beds were comfy, room was large, bathroom functional and clean. The kitchenette worked really well for us and one evening we made dinner and sat out back on the picnic tables that had a nice view. The full fridge was fantastic. Breakfast was good, and really appreciated the yogurts, fruit, and scrambled eggs.

Cons:

The kitchenette did not have adequate saucepans, but we had our own so we were fine. There was only a one tiny saucepan and a frying pan. No sharp knife. But good supply of cooking and eating utensils.
