To be honest, I didn't like anything about it the guy at The counter was very rude and failed to tell me before I put my card in the machine.To pay he waited until after I paid to tell me that the pool did not work.Then when I asked him for a refund , he was very rude and disrespectful and said I couldn't get one , which is wrong when it false advertisement on the website said the pool was there and working.It didn't say nothing about it.Being shut down and not in work order. at all
WELL, WHEN I BOOKED THIS ROOM, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CONJOINED ROOM. ALSO I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT THE POOL WAS BROKE AND SHUT DOWN FOR THE YEAR, BUT I WAS TOLD BY OTHER PATRIOTS IN THE BUILDING THAT IT'S BEEN OUT OF COMMISSION FOR MONTHS ALMOST A YEAR AND THE SITE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE POOL, NOT BEING THERE, I ASSUMED SINCE IT WAS A QUALITY. IN IT HAD ITS POOL. AND IT\NWAS WORKING BECAUSE IT WAS NOT ON THE WEBSITE SAYING IT WASN'T WORKING the air conditioning work in one room , and I had my kids with me and we were crossroads , cross the hallways when we were supposed to have next door rooms

Location excellent
When I went into the room there was blood on the sheets. They changed the top sheet but left the blood stained mattress cover on. It was gross. They never changed sheets and tried to hide it seems to me.
Absolutely nothing
It was VERY dirty, couch was literally broken, there was a used broken soap at the sink, not cleaned AT ALL, musty smell, air conditioner did not work, bugs in bathroom, IT WAS DISGUSTING....DO NOT STAY HERE
