Accoglienza e organizzazione potrebbero essere migliorati.
Pros:

La colazione, che sarebbe dovuta iniziare alle 7:30, è stata gentilmente anticipata su nostra richiesta. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e ci ha accontentato, servendoci anche delle uova strapazzate davvero ottime.

Cons:

L’accoglienza dovrebbe essere più cortese. Avevo effettuato il check-in online proprio per poter accedere alla camera in modo più rapido; tuttavia, mi è stato chiesto di attendere il completamento del check della camera dei miei amici, causando un inutile ritardo.

Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, vom Frühstücksraum Ausblick in die Berge. Das Hotel liegt neben kleinen Weinbergen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, sehr freundliche Aufnahme, wir mussten morgends sehr früh nach Genua, es wurde uns deshalb ein Frühstücks-Care-Paket mitgegeben, VIELEN DANK !

Il punto forte di questa struttura è sicuramente la posizione, estremamente comoda per chi decide di visitare i parchi divertimento del Garda.
Le camere sono accoglienti, confortevoli e soprattutto molto pulite.
L’accesso alla struttura è semplice e comodo.
La colazione è in linea con quella di un buon hotel e soddisfa tutte le esigenze.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo Ottimo

Cons:

Per gusto personale, la struttura è di per sé silenziosa, ma ho riscontrato un aspetto che mi ha causato una notte poco riposante.
La camera risultava troppo riscaldata, a mio avviso oltre i 22°C, costringendomi ad aprire le finestre durante la notte nonostante avessi spento il riscaldamento.
Considerando che all’esterno la temperatura era tra i 16 e i 18°C (per me ideale per dormire), questo ha creato un altro inconveniente: la struttura si trova vicino a un binario ferroviario piuttosto frequentato anche nelle ore notturne.
Con le finestre aperte, i rumori si sono fatti sentire e, per chi non ha un sonno particolarmente pesante, possono risultare fastidiosi, come nel mio caso, causando diversi risvegli.

In ogni caso, questo aspetto non incide sul giudizio complessivo: probabilmente avrei potuto prevenire la situazione spegnendo il riscaldamento con anticipo e arieggiando la stanza prima di dormire, oltre a utilizzare i tappi per le orecchie che solitamente porto con me.
Resta comunque un aspetto migliorabile nella gestione della temperatura interna.

Unser Aufenthalt war wieder sehr angenehm und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.

Bellissimo.
Pros:

Ottimo soggiorno all'insegna della cordialità, della pulizia, del confort e relax. Eccezionali l'accoglienza e le attenzioni rivolte ai bambini attraverso le premure del personale. Ottimi prodotti serviti a colazione. Il tutto coronato da una posizione strategica che in due giorni ci ha permesso di visitare tante cose.
