The parking situation. They do give you a map of where you can park as a guest. But the restaurant next door customers also take the motel parking spots. I was driving around at night looking for parking. Even though I was a guest staying there.
Trashy and hood as can be. Terrible parking lot
Parking lot is a joke, rooms are bad, but the ac worked
I had great stay
Nothing at all.
The hotel was not safe, the room smelled. You had to ask for and wait for someone to turn on the television.
Chipotle is next door, that's probably the only thing I liked cause I love chipotle lol.
The tv and ice machine didn't work the whole time I was there. The bedding was just two sheets and a very thin throw blanket which had burn wholes in them and the pillows were very flat. The towels were also the worst I've ever used in my life, they were shedding so much and the fibers were all over me after using them. There was a lot of littering in the area and it's surrounded by very sketchy homeless people, there was often cars parked outside doing obvious drug deals. It gets pretty noisy(lots of ambulance and police sirens and I mean a lot it was an all day thing) in the area at night and the door had a big gap at the bottom and the side so you could hear everything and the outdoor lights would shine through all night. If you don't get a front park(limited to like 8 spots) you have to park in the back lot which is very sketchy. The room wasn't the cleanest and the curtains and chair was basically soiled in smoke residue and mold and they both also had burn holes in them. The sink was clogged the whole time I was there and the sink water would occasionally smell like rotten eggs if you used it immediately after flushing the toilet. Its also located on a main street that is busy for majority of the day which makes it difficult sometimes to pull out of the hotel and the street is a lot of right turns only so I would have to do a couple u-turns which is kinda difficult on a very busy main street so I just started walking everywhere, its quicker.
Falling apart. Homeless persons in parking. Parking area not secure. People living in the units. Thinking Wyndham should remove their name from this establishment.
Surprisingly spacious rooms. Both our double queen rooms and our king room had ample floor, counter and luggage space.
Spacious rooms
No black out curtains, toilet and shower were both loud when used.
Parking
Very noisy
Need a hairdryer
The room was a pretty good size
There was microwave and fridge
It was quite and no homeless ppl or weekend parties. Beautiful water fountain in a small grass area near the pool.
The beds were HORRIBLE!!! My poor husband back and neck hurt, he has severe back problems, after driving 5 hours the day before. The pillows were cheap, There weren't even comforters on the beds they had a sheet over the blanket. I had to ask for new blankets because ours has cigarette burn holes larger holes, very old blankets. When I did my pre check in online I was given the option for a complimentary late checkout 3pm which for Sunday Mother's day I needed the extra time to get ready. The desk clerk said no we don't have that, I wish I took a screenshot as proof, when the clerk came to the room while I was talking to him he actually looked away. The bathroom was a building code violation there was no window and the fan had been removed leaving an empty spot next to the light bulb. Two of the pillow cases had lke a black smudge mark, the fitted sheet actually had small holes I had to pull the top sheet over. This was my husband and I 1st getaway vacation in 5 years. We were both very disappointed when there was no jacuzzi when I specifically chose this motel for that amenity, the picture needs to be updated because it showed a jacuzzi and a pool. I am very disappointed I really wish I could get a refund even a partial refund would be decent. I had to put my makeup on in the bathroom of the restaurant it was embarrassing 😩. I also chose Travelodge because it was always the perfect family motel QUALITY is associated with the name WAS. The TV was an issue when we went to our room they had to have the handy man fix the wires so it would work.
