A propriedade é muito bonita … está precisando de reparos e manutenção em toda ela … o quarto , espaçoso , com visual bonito . Porém , necessitando de muitos reparos. Os funcionários e o serviço , impecáveis !!! Nota 10! Para toda a equipe. Desde o checkin , no restaurante , na recepção , atenciosos , gentis . Precisa de um certo investimento !!!

Wunderbar! Ein gepflegtes Ambiente, richtig gute Betten, excellentes Abendessen im Freien, sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal, einfach zu finden, direkt an der Straße, durch die Aussenmauern ganz ruhig in einem Garten gelegen, Schwimmbad, alles total sauber, gute Parkmöglichkeiten z. T. überdacht

Zuerst nicht das bestätigte Zimmer erhalten, dann das gewünschte twin: Kahl, 3 !!! Tische, 1 Sessel, ein anfänglich defektes Bad.
Jedoch: Sehr gute Betten, gutes Restaurant

Nos encantó el lugar. Lo mejor es el servicio, completamente comprometido, personalizado y muy amable. El lugar es bonito y tiene un amplio terreno para caminatas, bicicleta, etc. La comida muy buena.

Comfortable, clean, centrally located.
Pros:

We originally booked for 5 nights. We ended up extending our stay two more nights because we liked how quiet and comfortable the property and room was. The fireplace in the room rounded out each night. It is also perfectly centrally located to Santa Cruz and the wine tours arranged by the staff, with only one days notice. We had a fantastic time here
The staff is attentive and breakfast spread nice. We would be back.

Great Xmas at Residencia Historica
Pros:

We spent 2 nights at Residencia Historica with our 2 kids (7 and 11) and that's really a stay we are going to remember for a long time.
The place is simply incredible: an old monastery with only a few rooms, surrounded by a luxuriant garden. Despite the 2010 earthquake, the place has been fully restored and the accomodations are very nice: swimmingpool, spa, bar with a pool, etc.

The owner as well as the staff have been so kind to us and our kids. We had our Xmas dinner at the Residencia. The food was really great and fine and the atmosphere really cosy and family-oriented.

Last but not least, the location of the hotel is central to visit the Cochalgua valley and taste all the great wines they grow there.
Next time we go to the Cochalgua valley, we'll definitely go back to the Residencia Historica.

Lugar precioso perfecto para descansar, gerencia muy simpatica, pero el precio del hotel y del restaurante es muy elevado para el estado en el que se encuentra el hotel y el nivel de gastronomia.
