We came for afternoon coffee and desert; staff were totally disorganized. It took them at least one hour to get us two hot (cold by the time we got them) ovomaltines and one Latte Macchiato together with a fruit cake (stale) and some ice cream.

No words of apologies just excuses (1,000 guests [you wish …] and slow machine]). To charge full for such an experience is just a disgrace.

This place used to be really good; we will not be back until Management addresses these issues.

The worst hotel experience we have ever had, both in terms of facilities and the management’s appalling behavior. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that customer service and guest satisfaction are not priorities at this hotel. Despite traveling with a young child, we were given the wrong room at check-in, which caused significant discomfort and disruption. When we brought up the issue the next day, instead of resolving the problem professionally, the staff shockingly started yelling at us. Such behavior is not just unprofessional but outright disrespectful.

Over the course of our 6-night stay, we were forced to change rooms three times. Each room seemed to present new problems. There is no air conditioning, which would have been tolerable had the rooms been clean, but instead, they were absolutely filthy. The windows are left open, and as a result, the rooms are infested with bugs and roaches. It was impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed in such an unhygienic environment.

To make matters worse, when we tried to escalate these issues, the manager refused to show up, even though he was sitting mere steps away at the front desk. This complete disregard for customer concerns is simply unacceptable.

The bathroom showers turn hot and cold randomly while working. The gym smells like garbage and their own staff hates the management for not keeping the property in a good condition.

If you value your peace of mind, cleanliness, and even basic respect as a paying guest, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. Staying here was like living through a nightmare—truly the worst experience we’ve ever had in Switzerland. There are plenty of better options out there; don’t make the same mistake we did - “Swiss Nightmare”

Good but too loud on weekends

we have choosed the room while booking the hotel and when checking-in they just give us the room keys and when we enter inside the room firstly they didn’t provide us the same room that we paid/choosed ,secondly the room was so dirty and without cleaning seems like someone just checked out and leave like that .we told to the receptionist but he came and just took the video in his mobile phone and nothing else. nothing worth it according to their price and service. not recommended

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (15 Monate alt) für drei Übernachtungen im Hotel und haben Tagesausflüge gemacht.
Zu Beginn fiel auf, dass das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auch könnte die Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels etwas besser sein - so hatten wir kein Babybett im Zimmer (trotz vorheriger persönlicher Absprache) und nur zwei Garnituren Badetücher (obwohl drei Personen).
Ich muss aber betonen, dass das Personal (Rezeption und House keeping Service) sehr freundlich und sofort auf unsere Anliegen reagiert haben. Das war echt top!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und schmeckte sehr gut, nur der Kaffee hat uns persönlich nicht geschmeckt und es war eine gewöhnungsbedürftige Maschine.
Wir haben einmal im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Insgesamt war das Hotel für unseren Aufenthalt ausreichend. Bei der Einrichtung und der Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber der Gäste (auch beim Personal Frühstück) gäbe es noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Sehr schöne Lage und gutes Essen. Servicepersonal im Restaurant sehr freundlich und geben sich viel Mühe, auch zu unserem Kleinkind waren sie sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns wohl.
Leider hatten wir 1,5 Tage nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Als wir dies an der Rezeption nach der ersten Nacht meldeten, wurde uns gesagt, dass dies bekannt ist und dies behoben wird. Da hätte ich mehr proaktive Kommunikation gewünscht. Das Wasser blieb bis am Abend kalt. Am nächsten Morgen konnten wir dann zum Glück wieder warm duschen.
Generell ist alles sauber, wirkt aber nicht gut im Stand gehalten. So gibt es mehrere Flecken im Bad, die schon lange dazusein scheinen. Im Zimmer war es trotz geöffnetem Fenster sehr warm.

Struttura ampia in posizione ottima di fronte al lago con proprio prato che dà un senso di aridità e vista molto rilassante soprattutto nell’area ristorante/ colazione.
Camera ampia e luminosa.
Qualche critica su presenza polvere nei mobili camera, presenza moquette, insonorizzazione rispetto ad altre camere non eccellente, e nel bagno soffione doccetta da cambiare ( getto unico non a doccia, difettoso) e pulizia dei rubinetti e degli accessori.
Mancata possibilità di regolazione del riscaldamento, faceva troppo caldo.
La colazione nella norma per la struttura, la sala della colazione merita per la location, molto piacevole per la luminosità e la vista sul lago.

Der Herr an der Reception war überhaupt nicht motiviert und es gab einen sehr kühlen Empfang.
Das Zimmer war mittelmäßig gereinigt und im Schrank vom Vorgänger noch Socken und Kaugummi.
Am morgen beim Frühstück waren die Eier und Würstchen nur lauwarm. Der Käse ausgetrocknet und die Wurstwaren auch schon länger auf dem Buffet.für ein 4Sternehotel sehr schade.

Staff didn’t write my room number down, WiFi would not work for UK my number. Basic room but clean.

Le personnel très agréable. La chambre sympa, confortable, propre.

Needs maintenance and it needs air conditioning, We stayed in room 121. Ground floor and it had no air conditioning. Also paint in ceiling in the shower was falling off. Breakfast was typical continental with some options for fruit. Staff tried to help but could not move us as fully booked. Thanks
